We loved everything. The shower room was a little small but we were expecting that.

Wonderful location, very friendly staff and owners who went of their way to make recommendations of walks and places to eat. Clean and bright room. Grassington as a location is stunning and the locals were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Would definitely return.

Furniture in the room was a little tight and therefore difficult opening cupboard/wardrobe with with chair in way but apart from that lovely village and scenery was amazing

Great location, village at grasslington exceed my expectation's. Great places to eat and lots of local shops that deserve our support. Lots of local walks. The guest house is good for a short stay on your way through Yorkshire dales. Best selection of tea coffees, hot chocolate we have been provided. Free parking always a good perk

The location was spot on, with access to free parking. The room was clean and tidy with added bonuses of slippers, sweets and d biscuits which was a great little touch. The bed was lovely and comfort able. We also got to check in early as soon as the room was ready. Communication from staff via text was great, making sure we knew codes and times of check in.

There was no shower, and the very small bathtub did not have a shower head. Made washing a bit difficult.

This is a very nice guest house. Great location, very close to the village centre, and a great starting point for walks. Very comfortable room.

Poor availability of staff. A TV in an unoccupied room close by came on full volume during the evening & no-one responded til the following morning. Couldn't sleep with the noise.

Perfectly located for The Dales Way. Very comfortable bed. Friendly and courteous staff with great communication. We would have preferred a shower than a bath. Good biscuits and sweets in the room and of course, Yorkshire Tea.

Guest House....didn't see anyone, but checking in was sent by text and straightforward. Great for a place to stay, a warm, clean room, and a central location. Very comfortable bed and amall but very clean bathroom. Communication is good via text with owners

Spa bath not as comfortable as we expected - decided against using it - uncomfortable - not great to control. Should have asked for more pillows as the ones there weren't good at all. Room only. Finding a suitable breakfast wasn't as easy as we thought - wouldn't do it again.

it was nice and location was good - quality of many aspects good too - pillows were disappointing. Good view from our room. Great to have small fridge -appreciated that. Good bed. Clean and well maintained. If people park well all residents cars are able to be off road. Found great food at one of the old and characterful pubs.

Lindsay, the owner was very helpful! Grassington House is a was very good value for money, ,large Georgian house in a very handy location as it is only 100 meters walk to the pubs, restaurants and shops etc in Grassington centre and there is lovely scenery on the doorstep! The room was clean and comfortable and the checking in, checking out system very easy to use and flexible . Also there is a good selection of teas, coffee, biscuits, sweets in the rom We were only there for one day to do a fell run, but the scenery is lovely in general in the locality and there is plenty to do. The walk from Grassington to Burnsall along the river is well worth doing and Grassington centre has character and is a good night out. The pretty village of Linton in Craven is only ten minutes walk away and Malham cove is nearby

Nothing springs to mind. . All home comforts there. And bed was especially comfy for a hotel!

Although no staff around to see, communication beforehand (via text) was excellent and left nothing in doubt. Great we could park there, and so close to Grassington itself. Loved there were toiletries and the bathroom floor was heated!! The shower was lovely. Clean and good pressure. PLENTY of tea and coffee and milk, which is usually an issue in other places. And biscuits too!! Also great there was a fridge..although didn't use as only stayed one night. Would definitely come back again. Lovely place. Thank you to Lindsey for great communication.
