We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomPoor water pressure in the Bathroom, bathroom door was hard to open and shut. The family room bathroom light didn't work and no window for light so had to use the phone torch. Car park was over-grown and nearly slipped on the carpet let on the floor as the car park was dark. Tired and old building in need of a upgrade. Breakfast was meant to be 8-10 we arrived at 8:30 nothing was out. When we finally got asked our order cooked breakfast and it arrived the cereal, tea coffee and fruit juice came out.

United KingdomI think the staff may need a bit more training as when I arrived to check in no one was at the desk and I gave it 5 mins before having to look in the bar, also the following morning when I was drying myself after using the shower a housekeeper unlocked and opened my door without realising I was in there

United KingdomThe hotel is very dated and rooms spread out over a wide area. Dont really need to be greeted at the entrance by a bucket full of fag butts! Rooms not inspected properly before occupation as empty beer bottle in our wardrobe
The room was comfortable and reasonably clean. The breakfast was very good and the staff extremely helpful and pleasant. Parking was essential as our party had two cars. Location was good for the town centre although a bit of a stroll. If looking for a budget hotel in that area then we would return.

United KingdomWe was going to have breakfast, but not much on the menu to choose from. IE different types of coffee: decaf. We would of used restaurant, be good to have menu in rooms. The room was ok, tidy and cleaned ok, but very dated. There was no information leaflet in room to explain what the hotel offers eg: food, restaurant time or even how to work tv. No phone to ring reception. No one on reception when we got there. Had to go around looking for someone so we can check in. Tap on sink in bathroom broken. Just needs updating.
It was a great location to the town, and parking was great. Staff friendly.
