We couldn't stay longer!

We really couldn't fault anything. Comfortable and spotless facilities, a delicious breakfast selection and exceptional staff. Everyone was friendly, polite and efficient, especially when accommodating my Mum's limited mobility issues. They couldn't do enough.

Location was great, easy walking distance to many restaurants the beach, marina and the heart of St Helier. The staff were exceptional, courteous, professional and only too pleased to help with anything needed. Our room was lovely, a deluxe ocean view room on the first floor. Bathroom was a little on the small side but everything was clean and well kept. The buffet breakfast and made to order menu was plentiful and delicious. We really enjoyed sitting and drinking in the wine bar in the early evening. The spa was also a welcome addition offering relaxation after a lot of walking around the island. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

An excellent hotel. The staff could not have been more helpful. The care they gave us was exceptional. The champagne bar served wonderful food ( lighter bites ) and a huge selection of drinks. The restaurant was excellent with delicious food and excellent staff. The breakfast selection was huge and catered for all tastes.

Staff were great, friendly, and very efficient. The breakfast buffet was wonderful! The food at dinner was really excellent, very fresh tasting, a little different, and beautifully presented. It was quite expensive, but worth every penny. We chose to eat in the hotel every evening except for the night we arrived, because we enjoyed it so much. The rooms were extremely clean. I hope we have the opportunity to return soon!

probably the road noise, as we had an ocean view room and there is a very busy dual carriageway that runs in front of the hotel, but with the windows shut you can’t hear much.

we have stayed here 4 times,each time has been amazing, the staff go out their way to help you and each one is friendly and helpful and welcoming,the restaurant served great food,and our room was comfortable clean and was serviced twice a day , refreshing anything that had been used

The actual hotel was in very good condition, staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Excellent customer service! Even had an evening knock of the door from a staff member, to turn down our bed. Did not use the pool or spar, therefore unable to write a comment, but having said that, we did pass a couple who had been swimming and they stated had an enjoyable swim.

The sofa bed for the children was old and uncomfortable. The mattress kept slipping off and was very thin. I think a better solution for families is needed. The bathroom was extremely small and getting in and out of the bath to shower was logistically difficult. I am not a fan of white labelled toiletries, which I find cheap and not luxurious. It would be nice to have Elemis like they do in the SPA etc...

The daily breakfast was exceptional, as was the food in the terrace bar. The location is very good and we were easily able to walk into town, to restaurants and to the bus station. The view across the bay is just stunning. The private cinema was a winner with the children. The swimming pool and SPA area is very well maintained.

Some aspects needed sprucing up, such as the rusty windows. The bar was understaffed and the meals we received were not the ones described on the menu.

Great location, close to the town centre. Fabulous view, comfortable beds and good shower. Excellent breakfast.
