It was very difficult check-in process as there was not receptionist or any staff. I had to move my luggage myself. Bed was very uncomfortable. Washroom was very small. It was difficult to take shower.

The bed was not comfortable. I felt all the springs in my back. A mattress topper would really have made a huge difference.

The location is superb, just three bus stops from Heathrow Central Bus Station. The Internet was OK. Contactless check-in and check-out. In fact, I did not see or hear anybody. Good shower with good water pressure and hot enough water.

hardly any facilities, no coffee, no milk, hardly anything. the state of the room was an absolute disaster. the flloor uneven, bathroom tiles are grotty, mirror shelf missing leaving to sharp ends that would supper a non existing shelf and becoming a hazard. 2 half doors badly joint together and the toilet door doesn’t even close, not many hangers and they are in bad shape. spring mattress in 2022? please…. it doesn’t feel like laying in bed, it is like sinking in a waterbed. that bed it’s absolutely terrible, I woke up with back pain as it is extremely soft. I don’t think no one has cleaned under the bed as it was really filthy. it was so bad that I cancelled a future stay.

Sounds proofing between rooms is basically non-existent, very thin walls, so hard to get to sleep with noise from others in the house - not really their fault as I can't say they were making unreasonable levels of noise, it's just with such thin walls you hear it all.

Rooms are not sound proof. You can hear all happening in the next room. Disturbances from calls to people moving, all can be heard. Privacy isn’t the best when it comes to that.

you get what you pay for, it’s a shared house not a hotel, easy instructions to follow to access house but very basic.

Had to send passport copy, sign docs and pay deposit. The bed had hairs from previous guests. No toiletries in bathroom, only a shampoo. Could not speak to anyone on phone, only a WhatsApp number which replied in one word.

Very basic. Only the “most” essential provided so book only if you’re staying just to spend a night to get you close to Heathrow when you want less stress the next day to catch your flight.

Self check-in lessens stress of arriving on unholy hours. There’s limited but free street parking. Location is close to Heathrow and in the same street as the popular travel hotels.

The hot water heating kept going off. The place was dirty. There were condoms and a plastic bag under the bed when I arrived. The room was never cleaned. The walls were stained with marks. The shower rose was loose and sprayed water randomly. The tap handle for the shower handle fell off. The tiles in the bathroom had cracks in them. Overall the place was very unclean and in need of maintenance. Not a place I would recommend or want to stay again. The room light was pathetic.

We had a lot of emails from the team but when I tried to contact them I got no reply at all. The place was dirty, and the pictures taken must have been from years ago as the rooms certainly didnt look as new and fresh at the pictures. There was a blind but it did not close properly so the street light was shining through into the bedroom. The television did not work. There was no mat for the bathroom floor. It was cheap but that does not mean everything else has to suffer. The paint was peeling off of the wall and there were spotlights on the ceiling but only two were working, I have never stayed somewhere before where I felt like I did not want to put anything down.
