Not a great option if you have difficulties with stairs, but no problem for us.

We loved our stay! Beautiful, super clean and very well appointed room, very comfy beds and fantastic views. Great breakfast (loved the fresh fruit!). Free parking in front of the b&b. Easy few minutes walking to town. And best of all a super hostess. Like I said: we loved it and hope to be back.

Our room was perfect. Mary attended to all of our needs and could not have been nicer. We were on foot from the train station, and Google maps took us up a very steep climb to the Inn. Mary showed us a much better way to get to the Inn and it made a world of difference. Breakfast is delivered to outside your room each morning, it was excellent. If we return to Oban we will be booking this Inn.

Everything was perfect!

Amazing! Great location, 10 minute walk to the ferry. Incredible views! Great hosts. This is the place to stay if you are visting Oban. Just perfect!!! A short uphill walk to get there but the view is worth it. Would definately stay here again.

Mattress was a little hard but that's just our personal taste.

The view from the window seat in our room was fantastic. The breakfast delivered to our room each morning was a lovely touch. Wouldn't hesitate to book again if we are in the area.

Well, I can’t think of anything and I don’t think you would be able to find a fault with the B & B or our hosts.

The whole package offered at the Gramarvin B & B was excellent, from first arriving to unfortunately having to leave. The breakfast was great. The view from our bedroom window was amazing and the room was immaculate. I can’t wait to book up and visit Oban again.

There was nothing we did not like about this property. There are a lot of steps to bare in mind if you have any health or disability problems, but the owner does mention this on the booking.

We had a lovely clean and well thought out room, pleasantly decorated and comfortable with a fantastic view overlooking the harbour. At night we could watch the sun going down and a beautiful sunset from a window seat. We could also see the same view from our bed when we woke in the morning. We enjoyed our stay immensely, and everything we needed included thank you.

Mary was a gracious host, and welcomed us upon our arrival. We were able to check in quickly and she gave us directions to the town center where we could find a nice dinner. She brought our breakfast basket right when we needed it for an early start the next morning so we could visit Mull, Staffa, and Iona. The views over the harbor from our room were lovely. Thank you, Mary, our stay was wonderful!
