    Everything apart from the room

Cheap and clean rooms but not much else and terrible staff and communal areas, soaking wet carpets and a pool table with no pool balls. Staff acused me of damaging the carpet and pool table and asked for £500 claiming they had video evidence but when asked to provide the evidence were unable to do so, don't ever stay here and if you do take videos and photos to ensure they don't try and make accusations against you.

The noise in and around the Hotel was unbearable!!! Not only from outside, where the A186 avenue has constant traffic 24/7 and the Hotel rooms lack the right fittings to isolate somehow, but from inside as well spoil people keep coming in and out 24/7 drinking and messing around... My worst Hotel experience ever!!!

    Friendly staff

My brother booked three rooms for family. We also had other friends and family make their own reservations. The staff were rude , wouldn’t address any of the issues. Ignored basic health and safety. Cracked floor tiles in bathrooms not just one or two my child cut her foot. Every rooms booked had cracked tiles! Rooms smell . Dirty bathrooms Claustrophobic rooms with no windows. Carpets soaked in the lobby, when staff were informed they became argumentative and threatened to make us leave. No facilities on site , we were not even allowed to play pool after 11pm. Again staff were rude and argumentative to all guest . Witnessed many other unsatisfied customers. Then the next morning the staff accused of us wetting a carpet and causing damage on things that we had already reported as damaged 😱 anyone could clearly see the floor was flooded. Good job I recorded staff and evidence ready. All videos so do t have much to put on photo wise . Parking is really hard to find Woke up at 8:30 to the church behind playing the drums and singing 😩. Made us pay a further deposit-of £10 for card , keys , but then I witnessed them take a further £10 of someone who did lose their key., instead of just saying you have lost your deposit This place needs inspection and closing down. Rather stay in a tent, just not to close the the bin outside overflowing all over though 🤢 Unsafe Dirty Smelly Rude stafff

The unpleasant smell that lingers in the corridor.Smells like sewage. The plug in air fresheners do nothing Unfortunately I can't prove the smell, but it's bad. Cracks in the tile flooring, and holes in the wall. The shower was dirty. The remote wasn't working on the tv. Cables hanging from the wall. In a really rough area, don't feel safe on an evening. Doesn't look like the pictures online.Ive stayed in better places for cheaper in Blackpool and that's saying something. Not only that lionesses lost 😢

The bed was actually comfy. But the cushions were stinking.

Said breakfast on booking but there wasn’t. Broken tiles in bathroom. Mould all over the walls in room. No lift even though they said there was before booking so had to carry our 2 year old up two flights of steep stairs. No towels in room. Windows were screwed down so couldn’t open them so could barely breath because of the heat. So couldn’t sleep properly. Requested a double room and got a twin room. The list goes on so will never return to this hotel.

    The staff we’re lovely

    1. The hallway was smelling 2. There was no WiFi in my room! Unbelievable!! 3. The window blinds were faulty. 4. No phone in the room to call the receptionist. I had to check for the hotel's number online and used my phone to call.

    1. The location is good. Easy accessibility to transport. 2. Provision of tea and coffee in the room

The roof was leaking in the first room I was allocated. Broken floor tiles in bathroom and chair was stained. As soon as I complained, I was allocated another room. Although this room wasn’t leaking, there were signs of previous water ingress and as with the first room, a badly stained chair. This hotel is in need of renovation/refurbishment. Poor ironing room, has a piece of worktop as an improvised board. Good points would be, the bedding was clean and staff were friendly/helpful. The photographs attached are all taken in the better room of the two!

The location was quite good for city centre. Staff I spoke with, were friendly and helpful.
