The roof was leaking in the first room I was allocated. Broken floor tiles in bathroom and chair was stained. As soon as I complained, I was allocated another room. Although this room wasn’t leaking, there were signs of previous water ingress and as with the first room, a badly stained chair. This hotel is in need of renovation/refurbishment. Poor ironing room, has a piece of worktop as an improvised board. Good points would be, the bedding was clean and staff were friendly/helpful. The photographs attached are all taken in the better room of the two!

The location was quite good for city centre. Staff I spoke with, were friendly and helpful.

The room hadn't been cleaned. Dirty glasses in the room. The bed wasn't made. The towels where dirty. The shower was rubbish. The room was do hot, and only a tiny window.

The first room we received was dirty, smelly and the bathroom door was broken. After a change of room, everything was relatively ok. The room was long past its prime, there was a lot of dust, but overall it was acceptable. Until the shower time. In the shower there was only cold water, which in addition ran out very quickly. After first reporting the problem, the receptionist told us to wait half an hour, so we did, it didn't help. He stated that apparently there was too high an occupancy rate at the hotel and the heating system was not up to it. It is reprehensible not to be able to wash in peace in the hotel. I ended up washing myself in icy water, clicking a button every 3 seconds. Terrible experience. I would not recommend this to anyone. If a hotel is not adapted to a large number of guests, it should not receive them.

No drinks available in hotel like water or cans ,but there is coffee, tea in the room.

Basic ,but clean ,quiet, good parking, and hard comfy mattress. Is all I needed. 15 min walk to the town centre so yeah all good 👍.

The room absolutely stunk, the towels were all fraid the shower/wet room the flooring wasn’t fit properly and the water from the shower didn’t flow to the drain and sat across the whole room as you can see in the pictures below. Disgraceful.

Chewing gum on the duvet and blood on the under sheet. Mentioned this to the staff in the morning as we arrived late on the night. Still haven’t heard anything back from the hotel, despite numerous occasions of contacting them.

The beds were terrible, the walls were paper thin, I was near the staircase and the it was very noisy. I'm disabled and the shower wasn't the best for getting in and out of. The chair in the room was very stained.

We nearly got mugged on the way home. Horrific location, terrible area. Leave the doors open 24/7. None of the taps worked. TV was about the size of my phone and needed coal to work. Never again will I stay in this S***hole
