Nothing to dislike

We were greeted with a big warm smile. Shown to our large en-suite room with a very comfortable super king-sized bed. The room was very clean, with a mini fridge and complimentary water with tea/ coffee facilities. A modern en-suite with a shower. A choice of a full English or continental breakfast. Would definitely recommend and go back.

We liked everything about our stay, perfect. From the helpful and friendly host Genette, the comfortable and spotless accommodation, peaceful and good location to explore the New Forest area and of course the super breakfast to start our days. Thank you and hope to visit again one day.

The room was very clean and comfy, with a lovely view from the back of the property which is in a nice quiet setting. The bathroom has a nice powerful shower. Jeanette provided a delicious breakfast in the dining room in the bright conservatory where I could eat while watching the ponies and bird life. She was also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this B&B.

Lovely and clean, quiet location, the Shetland ponies in the fields, a pretty garden to sit in, bright conservatory for breakfasting, great views, easy walk to Brockenhurst village, friendly cat, horses in the woods

Located a bit outside of Brockenhurst this is the perfect place to stay in nature. The room and bathroom were great and Genette would cook a mouth watering breakfast every day, even taking our wishes into account. The walk into Brockenhurst takes around 25 minutes but is quite manageable, so you can stay here even without a car or taking a cab.

The shower was nice and powerful so could have done with a shower curtain to stop the water being sprayed all over the floor.

Lovely bedroom overlooking ponies in the paddock. Breakfast was excellent and location was perfect for exploring the surrounding areas.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We couldn’t fault the food and service it was excellent. Gennette was a really lovely lady and she really looked after us. The location was excellent for what we wanted to do. We would have no hesitation in staying there again. We would highly recommend Graceland Farm B&B

The excellent online reviews was the reason I chose Graceland and I wasn’t disappointed. Breakfast, room, host, use of lounge are all ten out of ten. A peaceful, ideal location to explore the New Forest. Definitely a repeater. Thank you.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Our host Genette was friendly and chatty. We had a warm welcome, free use of the lounge and garden, and the bedroom was large and well appointed. We had a choice of breakfast with all the extras served in a lovely conservatory overlooking the forest and pastures with cattle and shetland ponies. I opted for the full english which was excellent and more than adequate. The location suited us for a nearby venue we were attending, but also ideal for touring the New Forest. Also access to walks in the forest and heath, literally on the doorstep (no need to drive).

Location of the property was perfect very quiet and peaceful but perfectly positioned to explore the surrounding area. The breakfast was amazing and cooked to perfection we were spoilt for choice. I would highly recommend a stay here.

A lovely house on the edge of Brokenhurst. Quiet location but easy to find & within walking distance of the town. Gorgeous breakfasts in the conservatory. A pretty garden with patio & garden furniture for enjoying an evening drink whilst watching the antics of the Shetland ponies in the next paddock. Safe, off-road perking. Excellent pub just down the road.

Very clean, comfortable room and lovely breakfast. Small fridge for cool drinks. View onto the farm Shetland ponies and New Forest. Walking distance to Brockenhurst past interesting church with New Zealand connections in the war. We enjoyed our stay.
