We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWhere do I start. The property is in need of refurbishment. Whilst there has been an effort to decorate the rooms nicely, it is attention to detail that is lacking. Wallpaper peeling in places in the bathroom and stains on the carpet. There is a lack of soundproofing between the rooms and I could have joined in with the blokes telephone conversation next door! It took ages for the shower to warm up and the remote for the TV didn’t work and the TV kept going into shutdown mode!

United KingdomThe size and the layout of the bathroom needs improvement, as well as sound proofing of the rooms. No food available however, as it seems the hotel is under new management, they are working on it.

As there were no facilities, a mini fridge and a microwave may have been a good extra in the room. bad smell in the corridors but the room was ok. would stay again but wouldn’t say it’s a luxury hotel as no facilities.
room was lovely, comfy bed, decent tv and a good size room, shower was hot and a decent power, ground of the hotel are also very nice.

United Kingdominterior is tired. The shower was useless. no water managed to make it out of the broken shower head. when the plug was pulled on the sink it emptied the water from the shower ubend making the shower room smell. The toilet seat was loose and slid off the pan several times.
