Food was overpriced and not great!

The entertainment staff and the bar staff were absolutely amazing! Especially Tom and Jess who were so helpful and friendly with everything! The site was so clean and well kept.

No decking or seating outside. Paying £20 each at registration with pass included, not optional, did not use. Waste of money. Had to re-wash all pans and utensils as where still dirty. Needs new pillows as they were too thin. No instructions for heating and was isolated on arrival. Advertised as having tv in bedrooms only a tiny tv in bedroom 2 not working. No room to store food as cupboards full of glasses and plates. Could do with re-organizing. Ensure you take Salt, Pepper and oil as some owners supply it some don't. No shop onsite but there is an Asda quite near.

Good location, near to the beach. Easy to park by the caravan. Good size fridge with freezer.

The fact i couldnt take all 4 of my children to swimming on my own as a single mum of 4 had to demand to speak to a maneger or then stated we could go but had to stay in the baby pool and the fact that it was 10 till 11 but was called out at 10.45 after getting changed before getting in and then getting out we had like 15 mins to actually be in there and had to book to even get in and so we only get to go 1 day out of the 4 nights we were there was abit of a joke.

Loved the area how close it was to the beech and the entertainment.

Needs improvement in general cleaning (carpets), also to make sure guests DO NOT SMOKE as it is requested inside the caravan. All the place stinks to cigarette (for sure this can be solved :) ). It also would be good to have some minimum standards like toilet paper, few soaps, and when rules permit it, blankets and pillow covers. The place is really nice, it just needs a little bit more effort in the details to make it much better and comfortable. Also in future, please consider to accept little pets, the whole facility and main restaurant are pet-friendly and it is really sad to see dogs every where but in the caravan. Finally, it would be ideal to have available the facilities' fee in advance so by renting the place people could be previously aware of the different rates according to the season.

Great Location, easy to find, very close to main facilities, restaurant, pool and to the beach. Number of beds plus the long L-shaped sofa makes it very good fit for a family of 5-6 people. The kitchen and living room are really nice areas to share good times with friends or family. Freezer and refrigerator are very good size so you won't struggle putting there all you need. The place is just 4 minutes drive to the big ASDA, so you can go there and buy all supplies you may need. Kitchen is also very well equipped with all necessary to cook. It is also very close to other town's entertainment and good places to visit with the kids. Recommended to go to SC2, miniature railway, Tramway, aquarium and fun fairs near by. The food at the facilities restaurant is also very nice.

Staff seemed that they did not want to be there but it was a holiday season between Christmas and New Year. Very uncomfortable beds. Dirty Stove to cook in. No bin liners. Cold Caravan despite the heating - air coming through the windows.

Overall Park quite nice and very quiet due time of a year (that's what we needed). Swimming pool also very nice. Surrounding areas were good to walk around. Rhyl a nice town. Nice clean air.

Access to the camp site is quite a challenge at time to access the main road or turn from the main road into the entrance. Cooking was a challenge the gas pressure was very bad. Boiled potatoes took nearly 1 hour. The caravan is a bit dated and needs a good clean especially the carpet. No WiFi. Laundry pay as you go starting price £5 per load.

It served a purpose as a temporary accommodation. There was a nice walk along the promenade and so many interesting places to visit nearby. Price was fairly sensible.

Some of the staff need people training and the swimming pool attendants need to realise its a swimming pool and not a prison spoke to me very rudely and will not be returning

The caravan was of a good standard and very comfortable. The site itself had lots of options for all the family ie beach, swimming, park, arcade, soft play, daytime kids classes and evening entertainment

The caravan had no cot for are 7 week old grandchild as requested the caravan smelt off smoke from cigarettes not great for kids also no bedding or pillow cases we had to leave a day early due to baby not settling due to no cot as promised also the beds very uncomfortable

DOESNT STATE £100 DEPOSIT It doesn’t tell you about a deposit. I booked this caravan for my mum as my gran had just passed away and as we arrived to caravan park reception I called him for caravan number and keys he said there is 100 pound deposit and until u transfer it over you will not being the Caravan number or keys. I had to pass the phone to caravan park reception and they said to me not to transfer it. But as my family was at the caravan park I payed the deposit but the owner hold me to ransom. I’m 100% convinced there was no deposit stated but he said there was. All the mattresses in all bedrooms had springs sticking out of them. The Xbox didn’t work. There’s no Wi-Fi as stated

The Caravan was very dirty, it looked like the kitchen had not been cleaned at all. Everything was sticky, with food marks on the cupboards, microwave, and windows. Dirty oven and Grill with unwashed utensils left in grill. Not one single bin was provided in the whole caravan. The bed was stained and the mattress was stained and dirty. Stained sofa and curtains. The place smelt of old cigarette smoke and the carpets need washing. Mold in the shower. Very poor quality bedding, no quilt provided just a thin blanket. Fag ends all around the steps to the caravan. I then had to fight hard to get my deposit back, as they said I had coursed damaged. I was able to prove I did not do the damage because I had taken photographs of everything damaged and dirty as soon as I got to the Park. If the place was given a little love - a deep clean, new mattress' and bedding and better kitchen items and a bin. This would be a nice place.

The Park and entertainment for kids where great. The location was perfect to go straight onto the beach within minutes.

Caravan fully equipped with everything you need. Ideally situated only two minutes walk to all the amenities and the beach .Site was clean ,quiet and well maintained, entertainment was good and all the staff very very friendly

the caravan was unclean, it had leaking radiator which left an unpleasant smell, some of which didn’t work at all. holes in its doors from previous residents. but the main issue was lack of water supply. although this couldn’t not be helped as the underground pipes had frozen. and there was no bedding/towels supplied. so I had to go and buy my own duvet covers and pillow cases.

The shop was on main road which was a 10 min walk down the driveway and no lighting or footpath so not really practical use after dark if not in a car. The cash machine on site didn't work and the pub didn't do cashback for the cash bingo. There was no warning of how much guest passes were which were needed to access some facilities.

The caravan was immaculate and perfect for what we needed. The complex was great and the beach was a stones throw away and could be heard from our caravan. It was quiet and everyone was friendly. Food on site was reasonably priced and nice. We didn't need to go off site except for the shop and shopping. The pub was reasonably priced and no more expensive per pint than anywhere else. The bingo for kids was great and my two loved playing it.
