We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomMy only gripe was as I had to take the card out whenever I went out I couldn't charge my stuff, I had to be in the room with it. But for 1 night that wasn't a problem. If I stayed longer would have to make sure to charge all my stuff overnight whilst sleeping.
Room was A1, toilet and shower were good too, the location was perfect as I needed to be in Kings Lynn centre for a band on a Saturday night. Great facilities and a bar just downstairs with all the food you could want, what's not to like ?

United KingdomThe mattress was a little soft but that is a personal preference and not really a reflection on the hotel. There was a little noise from teenagers outside at night but not for too long and not too late.
The location is excellent for the centre of town and the harbour! The welcome at reception was exceptional. The lady who checked me in welcomed me to the hotel and to Kings Lynn. (This is an added bonus for me as I will be relocating here for work). I wish I had taken her name as she is a fantastic representative of the organisation and she also remembered me on the day of check out which is quite rare in a large hotel chain. Please note this as she deserves a mention! The size of room was adequate for our stay and it had more facilities and additions than I expected including an iron and ironing board, a Dyson fan, bottled water and biscuits, and a heated towel rail. The iron was needed for my work shirt so I was very impressed that it was there. The decor was also of a good standard and of a traditional style. I didn't eat breakfast but my husband did and he was very happy with the size of it and value for money, and the coffee refills. The hotel exceeded my expectations - it was better than a standard room for the price and location. We'd recommend this hotel for sure.
