As we were six adults an extra toilet would have been useful but we worked round it

Comfortable with a great view and for us it was perfect

It’s a small chalet although it had 3 bedrooms and the chalet we stayed in didn’t have a hot tub outside which I didn’t realise when I booked it as there were pictures of a hot tub - however this related to another chalet. There is no cupboard space at all to store food in the tiny kitchenette but there is a spacious fridge and freezer which is good.

Very clean and well maintained. Spa bath was a great touch. Beds were comfy and there were extra cosy blankets.

Could have 2 toilets as there was six of us,but we did manage. Could have roof over the hot tub,but again, we used it anyway regardless of rain. Definitely, a few more pots needed as cooking Christmas Dinner was a little tricky, but again adapted and managed.

It was for Christmas, all family enjoyed

No usb ports in plug sockets but that nit picking

Absolutely fantastic experience! The well-equipped chalet was a true gem, with everything you could possibly need right at your fingertips. Nestled just a stone's throw away from the breathtaking Loch Ness and vibrant Inverness, it couldn't have been in a better location. Our host was exceptional, and the hot tub added that extra touch of luxury to our stay. We are thrilled with our experience and would eagerly choose to stay here again without any hesitation!

    nothing special to mention

The location was perfect for us, close to Inverness and close to a lot of point of interests around the loch Ness. It was also pretty nice to go for a trail in the Craighorn National Park as it's just about a bit more than an hour from Aviemore. The owner came to great us when we arrived and was very friendly.

really difficult to find any thing to complain about!

Spacious and clean chalet, well furnished and kitted, everything was ready for us from towel to the complementary tea/coffee and biscuits. The kitchen is complete, and all feels like home. I would recommend this for a family holiday, with easy access to Loch Ness, Inverness and Fort William

Beautiful location, surrounded by fields, hills and wildlife, especially lots of sheep! The chalet itself was really nice, well kitted out with all the facilities we needed including washing machine and dishwasher. The town of Beauly is down the road where all shopping is available. The outdoor hot tub was a big bonus.

I don't count it as a disadvantage, but I think that it is good to know that you should have a car at your disposal, as the distance from everything is quite significant - about 9km to the nearest shop and 20km to Inverness, but in return you get some peace and quiet of sleeping in the fields surrounded by sheep:)

We had a wonderful time at the chalet. It exceeded our expectations - after reading the opinions we knew that it would be ok, but we didn't expect this kind of welcome:) The host was very welcoming, explained everything at our arrival and gave us directions how to get to the chalet. There was everything we could hope for, even tea/coffee and toileteries at our disposal. Everything was extra clean and tidy, the linen were fresh and the chalet itself was in a very good state. Comfy mattresses, warm duvets and two pillows for everyone. Each one of us got three different sizes of towels that smelled great. There were two separate showers! We were travelling in a group of six and were expecting the last two beds to be a pullout sofa, but there were actually three separate bedrooms - one with a double bed and two with two single beds plus a living room with a huge sofa and TV. There was also a very well equipped kitchenette(all the necessary utensils and plates, bowls, glasses, mugs etc) with a microwave, an oven and big fridge(+freezer) and a big table that fit all 6 of us. We recommend this place to everyone!

The chalet was absolutely amazing. It is fully immersed in nature, sorrounded by fields where animals could roam around within the delimited areas. Chris is an amazing host; He patiently waited for us to arrive amid issues with rented electric car. The spot is only 20 minutes by car to Inverness and close to Loch Ness. Glenfinnan is just under 2 hours by car but we didn't even feel it captured by the scenery. Our chalet had 3 rooms of decent size, an open space kitchen and living room (with relaxing view on the green fields). A big BBQ was available for the guests. I'd definitely recommend the chalet.

I wouldn't say that I don't like it, but if it matters, the shops are not walking distance. But it's very accessible by car.

We love this place! Spacious living room for the kids to run about, spacious sofa to fit all 4 to 6 of us. Facilities were in good working order and the place was clean. Chris was friendly and kind.

The water pipes were a little noisy during showers, at first we wondered what was going on until we realized it was coming from the water during showering.

The place was located in a lovely location overlooking fields and valleys. It was peaceful and just what we were looking for

The space between the kitchenette and sofa was a little tight. As a nicety, can do with a couple of wooden spoons (had to stir beans with a metal spoon). If you have kids with you, the TV keeps losing signal, and it's only used with a stick. Maybe bring a tablet, WiFi is fine.

Everything else was great, very clean, plenty of towels, toiletries. the water definitely flowed fast, the shower was great, and the jacuzzi bath was very nice. We didn't spend a lot of time in the chalet as we were visiting family.

    No feedback here.

We met with Chris who kindly showed us around the cabin before leaving us to settle in. We let him know where we were going the next day and he shared with us some great places to park to view the loch. The cabin is so much nicer that the photos! We loved it! Would def come back again.
