The only points I can think is , the water bottles were on a windowsill in the sun and the clock was loud at night. But that is all everything else was spot on

Everything was really great, there was nothing that we didn't like regarding our stay!

Mat and Lynn were trully amazing!! Mat is a fantastic host, he was very communicative and making sure we had everything we needed at all times. He gave lots of recommendations that turned out to be great! The place was super clean, at a great location, next to a small river. Everything was very well planned from the hosts side. The breakfast was incredible. The effort that these guys put in these rooms and the whole experience is remarkable! Thanks for everything!

Liked it all.

The room was cosy, comfortable, and very clean. A pretty spot, and great location for walks in the Welsh hills. Good selection for breakfast - filled up on coisants, toast, cereal, strawberries, orange juice, and nice coffee. Mat and Lynn were very friendly, attentive, and easy to contact on WhatsApp. Mat recommended walks - we saw Pistyll Rhaeadr (Britain's tallest single drop waterfall) and loved it, plus the drive there was very scenic. Thank you!

I'm not really one to review, but it's exceptional and well deserved, I feel you need to share this amongst others. We stayed two nights and from start to finish we felt welcomed and the choice of breakfast was brilliant for me and my son. Rooms were tidy and clean and really have nothing to fault. We stayed with another guest, and he too was pleasantly surprised at how great it was. A big thumbs up from us!

Sweet little BnB run by super friendly and helpful couple. We booked super last minute after a change of plans and Matt and Lynne were super helpful. Lovely spot by the river. Helpful step by step instructions for finding the place in the little village as it’s quite tucked away. Great breakfast spread including home made marmalade.

A gorgeous property tucked away from the main road. Very clean & spacious bedroom. Plenty of tea, coffee, biscuits & sweeties. The chocolates on the bed were a nice touch. Matt & Lyn we’re the perfect hosts, very friendly & knowledgeable about the area. Recommended a lovely little pub for a decent meal. They haven’t been doing the B&B for long but if the last few days are anything to go by, they have a great future. We will definitely be visiting them again.

Best bed and breakfast we've stayed at! The room was very nicely decorated with everything we needed and more. Mat was excellent and went out of his way to make sure we had a great stay. He even drove us to the wedding we were attending when we couldn't get a taxi and he also made sure there were plenty of gluten free breakfast options for me. We really enjoyed our stay :)

Used "rooms by the River" for a one night stop during a bike ride. Perfect if you are journeying alone or 2 people. The room was very comfortable, spacious, super clean with all the equipments required. The air dryer was very useful after a wet ride :-) Warm welcome by the host who was there to asnwer any queries or question. The nearby pub was serving good food and had a nice ambiance with a live music evening. The breakfast the next morning got me ready to continue the long ride remaining. Definitively recommand !

Matthew was the perfect host, very helpful with contacting me with detailed directions to the location, very friendly and accommodating. Room was lovely with plenty of tea, coffee, sweets and biscuits. Breakfast in the morning was great. The local pub is literally a few steps away. Will definitely be staying again if in the area!

Gorgeous house and a perfect room to stay in - really big room and bed, lots of space, beautiful view, everything clean and well appointed. We really enjoyed staying there. Hosts very friendly and accommodating, great communication and recommended a short walk to a great local pub for dinner.
