We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomProperty location itself isn't amazing on first look but the place itself was secure and my car was safe.
The room was on the ground floor and a decent size for one or two people. Big, sofr bed, a table a chairs, drawers, wardrobe, small kitchen area with microwave, fridge and kettle and finaaly an ensuite bathroom. Also a shared kitchen for all rooms if needed but should have enough in the room.

Very clean, quiet area, good instructions on how to get into the property. About half hour walk to the the race course, which is why we picked this property. We went for the deluxe room which was well thought out, great comfortable bed, nice bedding & lovely towels. Tea, coffee,milk, water etc & biscuits left for us. We was very impressed with the room & would definitely book this place again.

United KingdomChairs at the tall table have been perched on and are hard to sit on ‘properly’, corners of rust and wear in the bathroom and the room was uncomfortably hot with no clear way to adjust the thermostat.
Perfect location for the WV Active centre, a pleasant walk away. Fridge, kettle and microwave mean a self sufficient weekend away.

CanadaIf I am to be picky, the room was quite small. If I was traveling with my partner, it would have been too cramped for us, but for a solo traveller with just a hand trolly it would work.
Jay was great at communicating and helping coordinate the check-in. The place was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Perhaps most importantly, the bedding was comfortable for a good night's sleep.

United KingdomNot a dislike, just be aware you are about a 30 minute walk from the centre and restaurants. We walked in and out but just as easily could have ordered a taxi.
A really cosy room on a very cold night in Wolverhampton. Communication with Jay was hitch free and security text for premises and room worked without problem. The room was small but extremely well set out. It also had a fridge so useful for next mornings breakfast. The bed was comfortable and with the room warm no problem with getting to sleep on a bitterly cold night. Hot shower in the morning was welcome. Then sat and watched TV while having breakfast at the breakfast bar. Yes, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.
