Apart from when I collected the key in the afternoon I not see anyone at all. I rang the bell this morning to say I was leaving but no one came. If there had been any need I had no idea how to contact anyone.

Only slight gripe is it didn’t seem to be double glazed windows so sounded like we could hear anyone who walked past.

Very good location not far from train station. Comfy bed & room adequately equipped with everything we needed (hot drink facilities, tv, WiFi).

Lots of storage space for clothes and toiletries. Bed very comfortable. Mark was very helpful. Great location.

The pillows were very flat! There were multiple cushions on the bed, but some decent pillows would be better. Nice tea bags, but better coffee needed.

Quiet and comfortable room just outside the city walls. It faces away from the high street, so there is no noise at night. Views of trees and back yards. Access to parking and public transport. Tea and coffee making facilities, nice biscuits.

Host Mark was very pleasant, helpful and caring and taken the trouble to park our car in the tight space, which again is rare to have car parking space in such a central location. The location is stone throw away from the heart of the city and the guesthouse is very good value for money keeping in view its central location. Will definitely stay there again when visiting York.

Ideally located with free parking. Mark was on hand to show us where to park. Lots of information on hand for the local area. Lovely spacious room that was really clean with everything you need for your stay.

Great location with free parking. Lovely comfortableroom. Mark met us at the property to show us to our room and was also on hand when leaving to assist me getting out of the car park. Great value would highly reccomend.
