Only issue, which can't really be helped, is that there was a lot of noise from the apartment above and people leaving bars etc in early hours, that we could hear.

The apartment location was excellent, very close to all attractions. The tip from the owner to use Bath Cricket Club Car park was excellent.

This is an observation rather than a dislike, as it was fine for us, but if mobility was tricky it is up two flights of stairs.

Perfect for our family. Beautiful apartment, great location. Very comfortable beds and living room. Decor was characterful and of high quality. Our host was friendly and communication was excellent. Would definitely book again.

Omg, the ceramics cups, plates and bowls are so dirty, all stained. We were so disgusted and have to scrub them down before we can use them

The furnitures are a bit worn-out, coffee table is rusty, there are stains on the sofa and cushions. The beds are way too soft, the double bed in the main bedroom is actually merged with 2 single beds, didn’t feel quite comfortable sleeping on them.

The location is perfect, very close to town center, just 5 mins walk. Also, there are bars, coffee shops and restaurants downstairs, very convenient.

Nothing major, there was no lift as it’s a Georgian house and the knobs of each room are a bit stiff but again, it’s an old building but the vibe was so quaint.

There was no mircowave and I had a baby with me, so made things a little difficult when it came to feeding quickly. An extension lead would of been helpful too, as I brought my fire stick and it didn’t quite reach the plug.

The only thing I didn't like was the carpet, which covered the floors in the flat, as well as the hallways and staircases we saw. It was not very attractive and had a bit of an odor. I imagine it makes upkeep easier, which is understandable, and it wouldn't keep me from staying here again.

This flat, located on one of the upper floors of a Georgian townhouse, has an excellent location. The Roman baths and Pulteney Bridge are less than 5 minutes away on foot, while the Royal Crescent and adjacent sites are about a 10-minute walk. The street outside the building has been pedestrianized, which made for a quiet stay. It was great to be near the tourist bustle without being stuck in the middle of it. The flat had plenty of space for my family of four. The bathroom featured a clawfoot tub, perfect for those who like a luxurious soak. The windows had functional interior shutters, a charming period detail.

Beautiful apartment in a very central location in Bath. Lovely, light spacious and homely. Central location but on a quiet pedestrianised street so it wasn’t too noisy but still extremely close to everything.

Beautiful period property right in the centre of Bath, walking distance to the centre. The apartment itself is larger than it appears in the photos and was furnished lovely. Very comfortable and would highly recommend.

Not an issue for us but the property is up a few flights of stairs so would mindful of that if you have lots of luggage or mobility issues. Also it was a bit noisy on the street in our first night (Friday) but that didn’t last too long and it was fine on the Saturday night.

Perfect central location, fairly spacious, well decorated and good facilities.
