We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomCar park was full & i couldn’t see anywhere in the street that you could’ve parked as an alternative. Some of the spaces were out of use due to building work so when that is finished it would likely be a lot better. A lovely member of staff from the reception kindly gave up her space for me. I thought that a very kind gesture although I have no idea where she moved her car to.

We traveled from Manchester to Norwich and it was nice to arrive to a lovely relaxing bistro and bar serving great food after a long journey. Also lots of breakfast and brunch options too. United KingdomHaving been unexpectedly upgraded on arrival, unfortunately the room that we were upgraded to in the attic, although was lovely in decor with a very comfortable bed, was however very noisy throughout the night. We thought at first there might be animals in the roof but in hindsight think it was probably that all the water pipes were in the attic and were responsible for all the noise throughout the night. Also the heating came on at about 6/6.30am and was first, extremely hot but more importantly, was also very noisy. It was a shame as the room and bathroom themselves were delightful.
Very friendly staff on reception. When we arrived we found that we had kindly been upgraded to a lovely room in the attic. Very good breakfast on offer.

Always feel welcome at the George, have stayed on 4 previous occasions and always receive the same great welcome. The staff are all friendly and helpful, we arrived early but our room was ready so were able to check in. Food both in the evening and breakfast is first class and freshly cooked with a wide range of choice to suit everybody, very generous portions, you will not go hungry.

United KingdomThe receptionist on our last morning was fairly miserable, no smile, no thankyou for staying, wasn't interested when we asked about breakfast, on the other hand the check in receptionist was a delight The room was freezing cold on arrival, price for alcoholic beverages was expensive which led to us spending our money elsewhere The Internet TV wouldn't connect to the Internet so we could sign into our netflix !
