Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomRoom needed some dusting especially above the curtain rails and raw plugs still in wall where curtain rail has been changed. We could hear a lot of noise from the adjoining room, the adjoining door did not provide enough sound insulation.
Room was a good size, and shower was good. Dinner and breakfast was good.

United KingdomWe didn’t feel massively welcomed at brunch but just a minor niggle. Our room was right on the car park but this didn’t bother us at all as we weren’t there that long but I guess if you wanted a view you might be disappointed!
Very cute hotel situated about 15 mins walk from the centre of Norwich. We stayed in one of the rooms in the annex which was a good size, clean, quiet & comfortable. They were very accommodating in allowing us to have brunch rather than breakfast with our son who is at university here. Lots of parking.

Clean room with very comfy bed. Booked the executive single and bed feels like a small double so plenty of room for us single business travellers. Restaurant food (evening meal & breakfast) very tasty. Stayed here a few times and staff always friendly. Not had a bad trip.

United KingdomUnfortunately there is a water tank outside the bedroom window in room 20 which made a 'refilling' noise all night and kept us awake. We reported it to reception in the morning and they were getting the maintenance team to check it out
The deluxe rooms were well appointed with a lovely bathroom. Room 20 also had a seating area which was most welcome as we were there with friends!

United KingdomWe stayed in a room with an ajoining door to the next room with little sound proof. We couldn't open the window and keep it open to get fresh air in. It was very warm in the room at times.
Very clean room and bathroom. With a large comfortable bed. Good location with bus stop on a main bus route outside. Restaurant food is very nice with a good selection. The only thing i would say is the portions are very large, far more than i have had in most places before, and whilst most would see that as a positive thing, it means we were so full after the main we couldn't try the desserts. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that.
