Someone, probably previous occupants, left TV alarm set at 3am so annoyingly awoken at that time. Then in morning disturbed by other guests chatting in the reception area just outside the room

The staff were largely unavailable and could not be found for any queries or when checking out, even when pressing the doorbell. It was almost as if they couldn't be bothered.

Comfortable, clean and in a decent location. The facilities were of a decent standard.

Room was very hot. Noisy neighbours coming and going all night kept me awake.

The was a fire door in our room that could not be locked that led to the rear door/ kitchen area. Had to prop it closed with a sofa that was in the bedroom. Bathroom was across the hall from main reception and was used by other people

The journey there is expensive via taxi. Cheap on the number 20 bus but inconvenient late at night.

Blood stained bed sheets,4th bed wasnt made up upon arrival but staff was quick to sort,noisy with people checking in/out at all times of the night. No parking after arriving in the early hours. Generally scruffy looking and the shower head dripped all night driving me crazy room 3.

10 mins drive to Gatwick airport,good shower in room 6,rooms were big,beds were comfy. Check in/out available 24hrs a day.Good value for money. We stayed for 2 separate nights one before departure and on our return. Rooms 6 and 3.

Room was up some steep stairs in the attic . The toilet when flushed made a horrendous noise and the sliding door also was very noisy when open n closed

The room wasn’t very clean rubbish in the drawers a pregnancy test in the bathroom cupboard coffee stains on drawers and on light stand no chocolates either as started

Peeling paper. The decoration in the room could be improved. The curtains did not close and allowed street light into the room and therefore caused sleep disturbance.

We were only in the hotel for a few hours as we had a booked early morning flight. Parking available at the hotel.

I booked a double but got two singles pushed together. Room door didn't lock, decor VERY dated and room not dirty as such but didn't feel particularly clean and/or cared for. Very basic. Comfortable enough... but not sure I'd stay again when there will be other places just as handy for airport, nicer/better kept for not much more £

Location is brilliant for Gatwick Airport - there's a bus stop around 100 yards from the front door and the bus takes 20-25 mins, only £3. It's a 5 minute ish walk from a lovely wee pub that does lovely food at good prices The guy on reception was really nice and helpful.

Staff were pleasant. The room was very basic. The bedding appeared to be clean. Although there was a cushion on a chair that had a disgusting substance stuck to it. The small en-suite was a shower and toilet and sink, which definitely needs upgrading and the whole in the wall fixed instead of being covered by a plastic bag.

Nice and adeqaute for a short stay, nice simple breakfast if needed, and a few comfortable facilities close by such as bar , local shop and restaurant

Rather cramped in the bathroom. Tiny sink. Shower was rather old, just a curtain. Only heating in our room was a small air blower which we didn’t find until the morning as we arrived exhausted at 2am so the room was very cold.

Great location for an overnight stay after a late flight. Bed was comfortable. Bedding clean. We had a superior room with en suite. They let us arrive in the early hours of the morning.

I ordered double but got 4 single beds the duvet was over single bed only no duvet on sides only on bed bathroom bottom of bath mildew and around bottom of toilet

This was my 3rd stay in 6 weeks been in 3 different rooms, everything is normally ok, but last night was so cold in the room

Breakfast was outright aweful - literally 1 box of margarine all meted and with mold in it, 1 loaf of bread and some old cereals. Never have I seen such a bad breakfast in any hotel in Europe! We had to walk 30 mins to find a place where we could get a decent breakfast. I travel with 2 children - this is important for me and was extremely disappointing

Room itself was OK and beds were fine but we were on 3rd floor with no elevator with big suitcases we could not bring upstairs. No pre advise was provided regarding this
