Stayed in room in basement. Could hear the tube throughout the night, obviously nothing the hotel can do about it. The hotel kindly left a set of earplugs by the bed.

Very low water pressure, but there is a note to say is because local regulations so I guess not much you could do to fix that. But very difficult to do even a simple face wash or teeth brush.

Nice and clean. Easy self check in out of working hours following very clear and detailed instructions. Good location close to underground and train station.

The location was a 5 minute walk from Clapham South underground station. The room was clean and had everything that was needed.

The bottom of the shower would fill up every time we used it. We had to have the window open to cool the room down but there was a lot of noise from the street and bar next door.

The location was great for transport - 5 minute walk from the Northern Line and bus stops. There were also nice bars and cafes within walking distance. We were able to check-in a bit early when the room was available.

The hotel's location is very near to Clapham South tube station which was a bonus for the travelling. It is near to shops, bars and restaurants in Balham.

Nothing. It didn't bother us, but if you are a light sleeper, there is street noise and a bar next door.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Very good access to the underground (Clapham South less than 3 mins walk and terrain was flat) and plenty of good shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Parking available on site and nearby.

Moquette, but is quite standard for London

Never saw anyone there, breakfast facilities would be an advantage to attract travellers. Water pressure is low so shower is so-so. Took over ten minutes for the shower tray to empty, I think the drains are probably clogged. Access to parking is via a heavy sliding metal gate, which for a solo traveller would be very difficult, having to leave the car on a very busy road to open it on arrival and closing it on leaving. We left at 9am and once the car finally got access to the highway, we were instantly caught up in traffic on a green traffic light. Not nice.

Convenient for tube station, off-road parking (£10 per night). Bed and room was small and comfortable. Earplugs provided for anyone bothered by the noise of heavy traffic.

No aircon and windows do not open. Toilet was difficult to flush.

Great location, close to underground and northern line, close to the common, close to lots of great cafes and restaurants. Room was nice and clean, shower good and nice body wash. Staff really helpful and friendly. Great price.

Pillows were not very comfortable. The room is a bit noisy from the sound of the appliances, however, they provide earplugs.

Tube station very close, also the stop is still in zone 2 so daily commute was not too expensive. The room was very clean and had all the necessities :)

The underground trains could be clearly heard rumbling through the tunnel! Also next door neighbours were audible through the walls.

The room was clean and had adequate facilities including a fridge. It supplied earplugs that were of good quality and proved to be very useful

Need a bigger fan for the hot night I was staying. Shower was a big tiny.

Great location, easy walk to station. Large bed. Love that there is a small fridge. Handy if you need a place to stay away from home from building work/ a pit stop etc

My window looked out into the street so it was kinda noisy. Also it was hot at times and was only provided a small fan.
