Shower was a bit old. The hot water was not consistent. Better shower (like stainless steel) could be installed

Rooms were extraordinary. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was clean. Important thing I and my friends liked was we had everything we needed (Hair drier, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave and oven, utensils, glasses, plates, spoons etc)

It would be good to paint some lines for the parking. We tried to maximise the space and parked as advised by staff (sideways to the building) but not all guests followed this advice and used up more parking space than necessary.

The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped (washing machine was particularly handy). We liked the big table and sturdy furniture, worked really well for family meals. A short walk to the main street and harbour, great views over the loch.

Both bedrooms had very creaking floors! And the smell of cleaning spray was very strong when we came, much too strong.

The light fittings are just too dim for a living room. I almost bought my own lamp to brighten it but thought otherwise.

The property was very noisy. The floors made a very loud creaking sounds when you walked anywhere and the apartment upstairs floor was so loud. You could hear everywhere that were walking. Really really loud.

If you have a car it’s great. If you don’t you’ll need to walk for five minutes uphill to the apartments from the hotel with your key as it’s on a hill. The bedrooms are a bit creaky under foot and one of slide wardrobe door needs fixed. But I still liked the apartments and enjoyed my stay.

The views are amazing from every window. Wow! The apartment had two bedrooms. The decor was nice, recently decorated. Bathroom was too. Great size shower. Clean comfortable bed. Car park outside door so great for unloading and for my mum who has mobility issues. Kitchen was adequate with everything you might need. Staff down at the hotel always nice. It was warm and I loved sitting looking out onto the amazing view of the mountains and water.

Leather chairs in lounge are uncomfortable and not practical. Low energy light bulbs don't give enough light therefore dingy feel. Heater in bathroom not working. Tiny Balcony, not big enough to use .

Some neighbours were noisy as we stayed on the bottom floor but to be expected in an apartment block, not good for those who can’t use stairs easily and steps down into the town but not a problem for us but maybe for others

The wooden floors and heavy furniture mean you can hear other residents above moving around in the living room- it was a little noisy in the evenings but only in the living room

Lovely apartment in a central location. Lots of space, comfortable beds, and well equipped. It was easy to get around, there was parking for our car, and we could pop down the stairs to the high street for a selection of pubs and restaurants. The view from the apartment was beautiful as well, right on the loch.

Perhaps simple instructions on how to use the microwave and the cooker - was trial and error for us.

Great value for money and all necessary facilities. We booked for couple, nephew and family friend and it was comfortable for 4 adults. Really enjoyed it.
