Hoover's on at 7am and a bit of noise from glass bins getting emptied from the street behind.

Jay at breakfast was great, hard working, organised and very friendly.

A little dated around the corridors lifts, and we got there early and they wanted £5 to look after the bags which iv never heard of be for, it was only a small bag so in the end they didn't charge us

It had bad reviews but it wasn't that bad, the rooms were clean bed comfortable

My only gripe would be that there wasn't much air and the room was quite hot. Plus there was only one plug socket that was free to use.

Location was fab, right in the heart of Piccadilly. The shower was hot and quite powerful. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were nice and soft.

There is a £5 charge for storing luggage.

Good central location. Clean room & comfortable bed. We had a windowless room which was quite warm even for November. A fan was provided which we had to keep on all night so I would not choose this type of room in summer. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Book in advance to get it cheaper.

We realized late at night that the cold tap in our shower wasn't working so we were moved rooms. Breakfast is a bit hectic: only one waiter, several orders were forgotten and came super late.

Super close to Piccadilly station and the downtown area but still very quiet. We managed to check in early and they can store your luggage when checking out for £5. Great breakfast with lots to choose from. Comfi bed and good size room. Tea and coffee facilities.

The window in our room wouldn’t close properly and since it was right next to a pub, it was unusually loud at night.

Central location, had everything we needed for a one night stay.

I didn't like that was given a room that had a broken window that didn't open when the room was boiling heating wasn't on and had one fan and a tv that would take ages to turn on and off

Just a comfy bed and had a bath in room.

Lift always smelt of weed. No plugs by bed to charge phones. Only two sockets in room opposite bed. No main light just two bedside lamps and a standing lamp.

Location, bus stop outside, tram stop 2 minute walk away. Surrounded by lots of restaurants. Arndale mall easy walking distance.

TV in room did not work. Lift to upper floor constantly smelled of weed. Having to pay £5 to leave bags with them for 2 hours was a bit much given the price we paid for the room.

Great location right on Piccadilly Gardens within easy walking distance of most things.
