Fabulous view from the room, so pleasant to just relax in the room after a full day of activities, with a glass of wine. Direct access to excellent walking trails from the house. Short walk to the town center for restaurants. There are a lot to do in and around Llangollan for 3 nights 4 days visit. Above all, the host and hostesses are superb.

Luxurious room with spa shower. Seating area had panoramic views of the Vale of Llangollen and a birds eye view of the canal boat harbour . Every convenience was supplied. Hosts were welcoming and had extensive knowledge of local area.. Location is a short stroll to the Canal Wharf , restaurants and attractions. EV charger on site was extremely useful

What a beautiful room and with such a great view. The shower was the best we had our whole trip. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. Just loved this room. Breakfast was nice and light and all we required and delivered to our room. We would definitely stay again.

Absolutely nothing whatsoever! Gamelin was such a memorable experience, situated up high - overlooking such beautiful scenery! We hope to return, Mayuri is a happy person - full of life, so happy to help you have the best time ever in beautiful Wales.

Breakfast not included. I will say ‘Mayuri’ the owner doesn’t stick to that! Her personality & hospitality is over & above anything we have ever experienced! Top class, obviously she a ‘people person’ & enjoys what she does immensely!

Mayuri was wonderful, greeted us with a welcome drink and happily chatted to me and my mum. Mayuri even offered my mum a jumper when we got caught out in the rain! Wonderful room with a wonderful view. Happily come back over and over again! This will be my place to go to any time I'm in North Wales again 💙

That we didn't stay longer!

First greeted by the wonderful hosts, who were nothing but kind & helpful + very knowledgeable on what to do and where to go in the local areas. The Room/ apartment was decorated beautifully, giving it a warm and homely feel, the view from the front room was absolutely stunning overlooking the canal & hillside. Bedroom was bright and spacious & the king bed was excellent, usually struggle sleeping with a softer mattress, but it was fine, slept like a log, lovely touches like the gowns in there too. Bathroom and dressing area were great, very well equipped, hairdryer and straighteners, and everything you could need for the bathroom provided. I am fairly tall & so was pleasantly surprised when i could fit in the bath without looking like the loch ness monster. Water pressure for the shower was excellent.

Situated just above the town, our room gave commanding views of the nearby mountains and of the canal below. It was, quite honestly, the best room we have ever stayed in. ( Suite 2). No expense has been spared in the thoughtful decorations. We sat at the window each night with a bottle of wine and just admired the view. ( inside and out.!!😁). Separate bedroom with a huge bed which was extremely comfortable and separate bathroom with a bath and shower. Everything was spotless and luxurious. John and Mayuri are the nicest of hosts and couldn’t do enough to make our stay the best. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else and can’t wait to go back.!

There is nothing negative you can say about it just an amazing 3night stay

Location was excellent breakfast is not served but on the first morning the host made us toast and fresh fruit there was also porridge in the room.on arrival we were greeted with a glass of wine and a beer bottled water always available and the view from our room was amazing oh an chocolate in the entrance hall.very clean room and comfortable would not hesitate to stay there again

If you are looking to stay in the area then book here, as if we are ever this way again we will certainly be back! We opted for the space that had a bedroom, sitting room, ensuite and small dressing area and all were comfortable, well decorated and spotlessly clean. TV in both the bedroom and sitting area, and lovely view across the canal. The owners are so friendly and helpful, although the chocolate bowl in the entrance was way too tempting for my husband! Helpful email after booking with lots of suggestions and ideas for things to do, places to eat etc. Parking right outside the front door, and all just a short walk down into the very centre of town ( all be it a short steep bit on the way there and back) . They have thought of everything you might forget, just in case, from toiletries to toothbrushes as well as all the hot drink making etc. Access to a small fridge right outside the suite entrance in case you need it. Comfy bed, and great nights sleep. Whilst breakfast is not offered you can have toast and fruit if you'd like, and in arrival there was the offer of a welcome drink. All in all suited us way better for our stay than a hotel. Have no hesitation in recommending.

We loved everything. Couldn't ask for more. We had a really enjoyable extended weekend.

Our hosts were superb and looked after us impeccably. A great welcome, lots of additional touches - drinks offered on arrival, various unexpected touches - platter of prepared soft fruits orange juice, breakfast cereal pots, Princess, chocolates - even a card and specially made bunting for our Golden Wedding! Highlight was a trip round Llangollen in the owner's tuk tuk which was a great experience. Accommodation was excellent and very close to the town centre - yet still a quiet area with easy access to walks.

Its in a great location with lovely views! It was so clean and tidy and we were treated so amazingly and never had any service like that before! We were made to feel so welcome and looked after, we will definitely be returning for more trips, we loved every minute.
