I think the check out time is a bit early and would have preferred if it was around 11am or after. Saying that you can’t check in until 4pm leaves plenty of time for a room to be cleaned and prepared for the next guest, and I just think 10am is a bit too early especially if you went to bed a bit late and wanted a bit of a lie in the next morning. Just my opinion but an 11an checkout time would be better.

Can't think of anything honestly. Perhaps the kettles could do with updating but that's about it.

So clean and the considerate facilities, the decor, the homely feel. You can tell a lot of love has been put into making the place feel welcoming. Even the shared bathrooms had everything you need. Gabriel was so friendly too.

The bed was ridiculously comfy, the room, bathroom and the place in general was extremely clean. We even had a free cheeky upgrade which was lovely. The owner was so warm and welcoming. Perfect for a short stay. Even though it was shared bathroom we didn’t have to wait nor fight over the bathrooms which was even better. I would 100% recommend this place to stay. Thank you again.

Just a minor point really is that the sound travels easily as it’s a big Victorian house. The rooms are spacious but this made it quite echoey, so if there are people staying who aren’t considerate, it may disturb you. Ear plugs would be a good idea if you’re a light sleeper.

Great location as it’s very central and close to the beach. I was also able to park on the street right outside which was fantastic. We were greeted by Jay who was very friendly and helpful and carried our case up the stairs for me. We were given a choice of the family rooms which was great, and ended up with a very spacious room with 3 double beds (which were very comfy!). Everything was spotless, I was really impressed with the cleanliness. Also the touches like having fresh water available in the rooms was appreciated. Also, the wifi was excellent which was a life saver as I was travelling with two 11 year olds!

Beds were too comfortable, it was hard to get up for work!

Everything was fine, it was a little far from where I wanted but that’s my fault, great location if you want to be near the centre and promenade of Rhyl

Rooms were clean and spacious, beds were comfy, bathrooms were clean also. Both of the hosts were incredibly polite and kind. Tea and coffee facilities in the room and also fresh water coolers on the landing by our room which was great as it’s been warm.

No breakfast option. Also, bathrooms are communal. Not a huge issue for one or two nights but I would have stayed elsewhere if it was a longer stay.

Location was good. Host was fantastic. Assisted with our bags and was extremely helpful with recommendations. Fridge in room and loads of space in our triple room. Very quiet at night too.

The host was so welcoming and friendly, our room was beautiful. Straight away I noticed how clean the whole guest house was and the facilities were fantastic. I would highly recommend staying here, we will definitely be returning if he will have us. Thabk you
