Very Clean and spacious property. Good communication with the hosts. Bed was comfortable, Hosts paid attention to detail with basic amenities in the kitchenette. The Tv surprisingly had Netflix and Disney subscription which I thought was a nice touch.

It was doable but I was glad I’d brought my small pushchair, as it would have been a squeeze to get a larger one through the door. The only thing I wish we’d had was a broom or a stick vacuum, as it’s tricky to get up the sneaky bits of sand with just a dustpan and brush.

A short walk from the beach and shops, this air conditioned studio was a good place to stop over whilst going to the seaside. It was well maintained and comfortable. I appreciated being able to cook using the small hob and the microwave.

The property was perfect in every way. The host was very efficient. Any comms was answered instantly. Everything that you would need in the apartment. You can see that no detail has been missed. The town of Frinton has a lovely feel about it. Lots of independent shops which is a rare find.

Only one small issue. The toilet flush wasn’t very strong. Other than that it was lovely.

Nice location, perfect for the beach. Good communication with clear details. Parking not outside property but plenty of spaces in adjacent road. Would happily stay again if in area. Plenty of cafes to choose from for breakfast in nearby high street.

Studio flat but quiet, very clean, very comfortable and the heated flooring in the bathroom was a lovely surprise. Location was fantastic, parking was easy. Not one thing wrong. Totally recommend and I will definitely be returning (perhaps in the summer when a little warmer and sunnier)

Amazing apartment with all you need for a weekend away. Good facilities & good location just a couple mins walk from the beach. Thought it would be difficult to find judging by some of the reviews but was very easy to find & lots of parking available on the main road. Great hosts who provided loads of information and communities throughout.

I had a fantastic, comfortable and enjoyable stay in Frinton. It had everything I needed and most importantly to me the upstairs unit I stayed was spotlessly clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable.

Pity that parking is not available on site but there were plenty of free and unrestricted spaces in the surrounding streets nearby.

Great little studio apartment just off the main Frinton Connaught Avenue close to cafe's shops. Ideal for our one night stay with my wife. High spec kitchen and bathroom facilities and underfloor heating. Able to check in early.

Lovely place near the seaside. Very well equipped and lots of nice touches like tea & coffee and shower gel etc . Kitchen was very well equipped, nice deep bath and comfy beds ! Very clean.

Bright, clean and well designed apartment in a great location, offering every mod con imaginable, with friendly, very helpful and highly responsive hosts. Lots of little extras included, which was a lovely surprise and much appreciated. Air con was excellent and kept the apartment nice and cosy. Quiet, peaceful and dark at night - I slept wonderfully. Highly recommended!
