In the bathtub it is essential to place some supports for the exit.

I stayed in the same place some 10 years ago. It is comfortable, the room and the bed are not small. Strong wi-fi. Very well rennovated

The double bed was too small for a couple as well as the blanket. The view to the inwards was like no view. No toilet brush available in the room.

Location was in a good area close to transportation and Old Town. Nice interior. Luggage room. Water dispenser available on each floor.

The only thing that was missing from the room was a security safe.

Very good breakfast, which was offered right across the street. There were fine options to choose from, including a full Scottish breakfast. I had asked for a quiet room and got a nice spacious one.

Literally the BEST water pressure in the shower that I have ever experienced! I stayed just one night but showered twice, just so that I could experience it again. The water heated up right away (after about 5 seconds)! Bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, 24 hour reception. Breakfast, prpvided across the street at a restaurant, was excellent.

I'd like to think it was because I booked on a popular weekend, or maybe there was a last minute change. However, I was oddly given a room in the basement floor. In fact, my room was the only bedroom on the floor, and the other rooms were either used to store hotel supplies, luggage storage, or break rooms for staff behind doors that had numbers on them to look like they were guest rooms (sometimes the doors were open and I was surprised they were not guest rooms).

The room was cosy, quiet and had a comfy bed on a quiet floor. The amenities were good quality, and staff were professional. I liked that I was able to get a discounted off for restaurants across the road, and I recommend trying the ones on offer.

The bed was so hard it was difficult to sleep on, and caused a lot of back/body pain.

Staff were amazing, location was amazing, room was great. Street noise was noticeable but not that bad.

We had to go across the road for our breakfast as there was no bar or dining room in the hotel. The room was very warm at times especially at night. On our arrival to the hotel, we thought the hotel was closed as the unit before the hotel entrance was all boarded up, this doesn't give a great impression.

The hotel was very central, very clean and the staff were very helpful and nice.

The bed size was a normal double not king size, there was an earplug left on the floor just under the bed, there was no tissue paper nor any bathroom extras e.g: shower cap etc.

Good location, staff were helpful polite, excellent breakfast packege at the restaurant opposite to the hotel. Luggage storage is secure

After a long day out, we arrived back to our room about 21:30 to find our room entry card wasn’t working. We went back down to reception to ask why & were told the room entry card had been cancelled. When we pointed out we had another two nights booked, the receptionist reset the card & apologised, saying her colleague had cancelled it in error. We tried to purchase two breakfast vouchers when we got back to our room during the second evening, & were told they couldn’t sell them to us until the morning. Oddly we had purchased two vouchers the previous evening without any problems.

Staff friendly, hotel was clean with good facilities. Great location, near to all shops, restaurants & attractions.

Room was a bit too warm, I slept with the windows open and radiator turned off - there was a heater in the cupboard, perhaps a fan would be a good idea too?

Staff were mostly friendly, room was lovely, clean and big enough for one. Also, well-equipped with an iron, trouser press, extra blankets and pillows etc. The location was fantastic. A stay in the hotel also gives you 20% off at a couple of restaurants on the street - I didn't eat there but it's a nice touch.

The hotel is right beside a main street which was noisy during the night. We can accept the noise but perhaps better window sealing could be considered.

Lovely one night stay at this hotel. Very clean room and shared areas, lift Veey comfortable bed . Superb bath , sparkling ckean bathroom. Fridge in room was very handy
