Came back late afternoon for a shower before going out for a meal on the night. No hot water. Only thing I can fault as everything else was exceptional.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff very polite. Close to shops, bars and restaurants. Breakfast was outstanding.

Nothing - everything was just perfect!

Our hosts, Marilyn and Des were absolutely amazing! As my husband needs Gluten Free options for breakfast, they went out of their way to provide him with a full English breakfast each morning and they could not do enough for us. They were so friendly and advised us on things to do in the area too. The house is so central to Harrogate and everywhere is easily reached on foot, so you could park your car outside and wander round without having to worry about parking charges. Our room was just perfect and so clean, with ample storage space too. Fruit was provided in the room which was a lovely touch, along with tea and coffee facilities. Loved our stay here!

Really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful comfy room and spotlessly clean. Added bonus of bowl of fruit and fresh milk. Very friendly hosts and knowledgeable about harrogate and the surrounding areas Would definitely recommend this b and b and hope to return in the future. Thank you for a lovely stay

Nothing not to like - if you have limited mobility you might find the stairs a problem but we’re in our sixties and we were absolutely fine

The house was beautiful and it felt like you were staying with family. The room was lovely and we appreciated the extra thoughts like the fruit bowl and fridge with water and milk. The breakfast was amazing and the hosts were the best. Thank you for a lovely relaxing break.

Marilyn and Des went out of their way not only to welcome us into their home but to make us feel comfortable. We had room 1 which was clean, spacious with a very clean en suite bathroom. Breakfast was perfect all locally sourced ingredients, hot and tasty. This was a perfect stay with great hosts If we find ourselves in Harrogate we will be back

I can't think of anything except I would've liked some bath foam as well as shower gel - but now I'm really nitpicking.

Breakfast was fantastic. I was made very welcome Ann's Marilyn and Des helped me out with their immense local knowledge. I felt completely comfortable and safe, and only a few minutes from town.

Just a niggle, the lead on our room kettle was a little short, so you had to unplug it in order to pour the water into the cups.

The location was excellent for exploring Harrogate. Marilyn and Des were superb hosts, offering good recommendations for eateries. The shower was top quality and the small fridge, with water and fresh milk,in our room was a lovely bonus.

It's such a lovely place to stay in Harrogate. Every little detail is thought out. The decor is beautiful , bed is very comfortable, it's also spotlessly clean. Breakfast is delicious and so much to choose from. Definitely a place to stay again if we come back to Harrogate

Wonderful small B and B in a brilliant location. The owner really knows how to run a B and B. Fresh milk for the morning tea, delicious breakfast and comfy room with two armchairs. Warm welcome. Help with parking much appreciated

there wasn't anything missed, you could not have had a better breakfast, and the service was first class

we had full choice of what we wanted, juice, cereal , you could just a small few things off the hot menu or have it all we had full breakfast which were piping hot and plentiful also plenty of tea coffee and toast more if you wanted excellent all round

The location was perfect for walking into Harrogate. It was spotlessly clean. The bedroom and bathroom were very comfortable, also having a sitting area . Breakfast was delicious. The hostess was very helpful.
