Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

CanadaNicky was a warm and welcoming host. The property was perfectly located to explore everything St David’s has to offer. We didn’t need to move our vehicle once during our 2 night stay. The hot Welsh breakfast for £ 10 was very delicious and good value. Also included tea, coffee, toast and cereal.

Made very welcome by Nikki the hostess. It was a home from home with nothing being too much trouble. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Good choice of cereals, a full cooked Welsh breakfast, and as much toast as you can eat.

Centrally located, immaculately presented both in decoration and cleanliness. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room (including some lovely Welsh cakes). Nikki and family were lovely and very hospitable

We had planned to spend our time camping near St. David for a couple of nights, but had an issue with our tent and couldn't camp out. We booked the room very, very last minute, and we were very grateful for how accommodating Nicky was! She was the best host, making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. She made sure we were nice, warm, and fed 😊 The room was very nice and cosy, with everything you could need, including a kettle, coffee, and tea ☕️ As a bonus, we got to meet Penny and Piper and have plenty of dog cuddles 🥰 they were the best behaved little girls! 10/10 would definitely come back! ❤️

The hostess, Nichola, was great and super friendly. The breakfast she cooked for us was super tasty. She has two French Bulldogs who are adorable and very friendly too. There are great views from our room and I even got to say hello to Nichola's horse.

A wonderful experience - Nikki the owner was fantastic and made us feel so welcome. The rooms were beautiful and we had such a great sleep. Everything was spotless. The B&B is just a short walk from the Cathedral and the beautiful town centre, but tucked away enough so that you feel like you’re in your own little world. We’re planning to come back in Spring to see the puffins on Skomer and will definitely be staying at Four Winds again. We had a fantastic time exploring the beautiful rugged coast of St David’s and can’t wait to come back.
