Literally the only thing it’s missing is a fridge in the room.

Beautiful loft suite, lovely staff who couldn’t do enough. Food was excellent, drinks great and reasonably priced. Suite had a bathroom and a shower room, which is fab.

Noise from other residents and the floorboards in room creaked really badly.

Lovely hotel, breakfast was delicious, staff very polite and courteous, large rooms and bathroom. It was located on a bus route and we chose the hotel as it was close to family who live there.

Switch the tv off in the breakfast room!

Always clean and friendly, bed very comfortable, generous amounts of tea and coffee in the room, very little noise from neighbours, restaurant and bar.

This is our second time staying here for work on Guernsey and it's such a nice place. The décor is stylish but has a homely feel, the bedroom and bed is super comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and JoJo a delightful host in the mornings. On our first evening we ate in the restaurant which was delicious, really high quality. They were also very accommodating when we booked the table last minute and then had to make it later. All in all a great place to stay, plenty of parking which is also helpful, and we will undoubtedly stay again.

Hotel: Overall, a very nice place to stay! The grounds are beautiful, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was updated and very clean. Also, everyone working there was great. Restaurant & Bar: This sold us, it was so good and cozy. I highly recommend trying out the local gins too.

Absolutely loved the property only thing I can think of maybe slightly bigger TV’s in room but that is being very picky.

The food was good, but desserts were quite expensive, and the cheese board was minimal. Location means you need a car, although it is on a bus route (no.61), which stops every hour on a weekday.

The suite room is fabulous, quiet, warm, and spacious. The bed is very comfortable, and there is a separate sitting area and wetroom as well as a bathroom. There are two TVs and the WiFi is v.good. English style breakfast is well presented and tasty as well as the vegetarian option. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our stay felt like ‘home’. Excellent, efficient and most importantly, happy, cheerful and helpful staff. Spotlessly clean. Impressive suite and fantastic food. Very cozy and overall a most enjoyable stay. Will definitely be booking again.

If I had to pick about something, and I’m really stretching for a negative, it would be that the hairdryer was rubbish. That’s literally my only complaint!

Suite was absolutely beautiful, spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. We got home and booked again for next month!

The thin, summer duvet on the bed. No toiletries in bathroom i.e. moisturisers, shower cap, etc., and no soap for the bath. There were soap dispensers in the shower and above the basin, but nothing near, not even a tablet of soap, for the bath. I attempted to leave the hotel at 7.30 a.m.. There were no lights in the restaurant where you have to walk through to get to the main front door. The front door was padlocked from the inside. I had to re-trace my steps, in the dark, and find a Fire Exit.

I was given the room that I had requested i.e. ground floor, garden Receptionist booked a taxi for the next morning for me.
