Beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, luxury apartment right in Chester town centre. Private & undisturbed. Great price considering the high-end fittings and some really nice touches like hair straighteners, espresso machine and his & her perfumes. The host Patrizio was there to greet us on arrival, what a great guy - friendly & informative. Easy to contact, he stayed in touch with us throughout our stay, nothing was too much trouble.

hard to get in to the property had to ask for help from next door as the signal was bad and couldn’t get Wi-Fi. eventually got the phone number of the owner and we got let in. there needs be a sign on the wall to help people understand how to get in that was the only downside to the stay

Note- if you go by car you have to park in the Grosvenor shopping centre which is great as it's very close to the apartment, however be aware that the main doors do not open until the centre opens so we had a bit of a long trek round to the back of the car park with our cases. Think the apartment is quite expensive for one night, given that one of the beds is a sofa bed

I was expecting a bit of street noise due to the location but unfortunately the noise of people leaving bars, groups chanting and singing went on until 3:30am that evening. As I am a light sleeper this meant I did not get any sleep until around 4am. The apartment could also benefit from some milk pods.

My partner struggled to sleep due to the noise on the street in the early hours (pub closing time!), however, I do feel that risk comes with wanting a very central location.

The toilet roll was 1 ply, worse than public bathroom roll. Not what I expect when staying for a place upwards of $350 / night. But that’s all on the negatives.

Communication. There were few instructions on accessing the property and it was hard to get into the building. No answer from the number listed via Booking.com. I was tired on arrival and it made for a difficult start. If you're going to ask for a £300 deposit some advance notice would be welcome. It was a little overpriced for the size of the room and length of stay.

Every amenity you could think of and then some, the apartment was spotlessly clean, dressing gowns were so fluffy it was like they had been bought that day we cannot rate it high enough and are already planning our next trip back
