The only bad thing from the weekend was the people who were in the apartment above walking like they had elephant feet. We didn’t say anything to them as we knew they had a small child, but this is just a warning incase you are really irritated by this.

Was super clean and had everything you needed from bottle openers to Pyrex dishes. No stains on white bedding, windows were clean, bath was shiny! So lovely!

The water pressure was not good which meant the shower wasn't great and difficult to get to s comfortable heat.

The location was convenient to the beach. The host delivered some milk, tea, biscuits and fudge.

One thing would be to have a spare set on keys so if parties wanted to explore separately, they both still have access from both sides of the property

The property had everything you need without the clutter. The welcome basket was a lovely touch and I enjoyed a peaceful weekend with friends. Having communication from the beginning was reassuring and very kindly provided milk so a coffee could be made on arrival!

As the flat is tucked in behind a sea-front house, there was no view.

The only thing would be maybe having an extra set on keys in the flat in case parties want to separate and return at different times in the day

The property was so close to the seafront, listening to the waves as you fall asleep was amazing. It was clean, well stocked and I had brilliant communication with the hosts.

Bath took ages to run. Not a problem, but had to plan in advance. Few issues with wifi connection, so tricky booking restaurants and other planned excursions.

Pre booking details were good. Location was excellent. Cleaning was excellent. Well appointed kitchen with every needed appliance etc. Comfortable beds and ample towels/linen.. We would definately stay here again. Owners were helpful

Location was great and the flat felt cosy even in the pouring, cold rain. The welcome hamper and Christmas tree were nice touches. The owner was really nice and made sure we had everything for our stay including alternative WiFi when the one in the flat wasn't working. I liked how quick it was to get to the high street as well.

The only negative would be that the apartment doesn't have a sea view as it is behind the main strip, and to access you either use a door on the promenade and up some steps, or there is a path from the high street which leads to the rear. So the access is a little tricky but that's the only issue, otherwise a really nice apartment, would recommend.

Lyme Regis is beautiful and we wanted a central location, the apartment was really comfortable, well equipt. The owner was amazing, she contacted us a few times, just after booking and took time to answer questions regarding parking (which is limited in this historic seaside town). She also called when we were en route to double check on our progress, and she met us by the apartment to hand us the keys.
