It's not the best location but it's reasonably well communicated. The bathroom door slides instead of closing which makes it not very private.

It was very clean and had all necessary amenities. It was also quite spacious.

Had to chase information about check-in. All responses were automated and helpline not responding. Received door code and additional information after having gained access to building by phoning housekeeper while standing on doorstep for 5 minutes. Had to wait until housekeeper found out which room we were supposed to be in. Boiler noisy - could hear it kick in every time someone in the building used a hot tap.

Though we got the instructions delivered to us in a fast and easy manner. Both me and my friend struggled opening/locking the front door to the house (not the one to our room). We managed in the end but it was a little tricky to perfect. Maybe adding instructions how best to approach opening/locking the front door may come in handy for future customers?

Recieving the text message of instructions made it alot easier to check ourselves in and out of the place. We also thought the mini cereals was a nice touch! The room itself was very pleasant to stay in and if we return to Liverpool will probably use this place again! :)

The lack of parking facilities. Maybe a parking permit per room would be beneficial. The door under the sink was hanging off. The flush on the toilet is very poor. If the sensors in the bathroom could adjusted that would be beneficial especially when having a shower as the light goes off half way through. The toilet roll holder needs fixing, as it kept falling off. Being rudely woken up at 4am was not expected and something that couldn’t be controlled.

Modern finish, clean and tidy. Location is quiet which was nice. Close to local shops. Loved all the cooking facilities.

there was an old cup of coffee in the microwave that stunk the place out. Used whatsapp to ask about it and got a message back saying to use whatsapp and to call a number. called number and no answer.

It is a converted house so you can hear all the noises from other guests rooms and corridors.

Apartment on the top floor is big enough for 1/2 people for a short weekend. Bed is conformable

The bed was low and the mattress was extremely soft. No plug sockets by the mirror. Uneven steps into the room, steep and shallow steps up to the room as we were in the loft. Key code to enter room, not ideal after a few drinks.

Location was near to city centre so Uber was cheap. Very bijoux but adequate, with small kitchen with coffee/tea provided but no milk. Small fridge to keep drinks. Shower and toilet en suite nice size and body wash provided. Clean and enough plugs for el2ctronics used with a wardrobe. Iron and Hairdryer provided. TV was rubbish, minimal channels and those we had didn't have a great signal. Bed was big enough for 2 but a little wonky, dipping at the head end so uncomfortable. Easy to access with key box and simple instructions from owners. Contact via text Plenty parking but permit parking. We chanced it, but it'd be worth the owners providing passes for the apartments. We were in attic room, so 3 flights of stairs. Not suitable for persons with mobility problems. All in all a reasonably priced place to stay in Liverpool.

I could not get a response regarding the keys. The numbers given did not answer. It took over an hour. The housekeeper eventually phoned and gave us the code to get in and the code for the apartments. If I had not instigated this we would have been stranded outstanding de.

They were a bit unorganized. At the time of our arrival (after 3pm, when they told us) we still didn't have the codes to open the doors. When we arrived and we got to contact the lady who helped us, there was a couple in our room. This person was nice and helpful though. On the second day, the shower stopped working and we couldn't have a shower before leaving.

The place was nice and clean. There is a small kitchen.

The room above had us awake most of the night with loud music and constantly moving about. The rooms are not sound proof and felt they were in our room taking so loud. We feel the room need to be sound proofing or guest ban on noise after a certain time cause 6am wake up call is not what we planned for our weekend

it’s was in a great location. East access to city centre and Anfield. Plus free parking. The room it’s self was lovely and clean and had a separate kitchen area. overall we loved the property

The automatic lights in the kitchen turn on whenever you move in the bedroom, and the bathroom fan is getting on so it's quite loud (minor problem I know)

Motion sensor lights in kitchenette and bathroom, that activate when you move in bed or turn off whilst in the shower. No ability to control radiator in room. It was constantly on full blast, with a bluetooth thermostat that did not connect to the rad. I contacted staff and they said they came to the house to turn the radiators down but it didn’t work, so room was uncomfortably hot throughout my visit. By the 3rd night I was there I’d figured out how to cool the room down and taped over the motion sensor so it wouldn’t activate at night.

Excellent location for Alder Hey and the Royal hospitals. Felt very safe and quiet at night. Comfortable as a solo female traveller. All appliances were modern and in good working order. Had ironing board, hairdryer, teas and coffees.

The lights for the kitchen/bathroom are sensor and therefore unable to have them not turn on in the middle of the night when I don't want bright lights in my face.

The bathroom is in the kitchen. We got locked out of the property due to the key code failing. Took hours to get sorted. Neighbours were smoking / growing cannabis and it stunk. Informed the owner. We changed location for the second night. Was promised a refund for night 2 but never had it! Won’t be using them again
