The Staff where all fantastic, I found them very attentive / friendly and helpfull in all aspects of my stay , the mini bar in my room was kept well stocked , my room was spacious / warm , with a fantastic bathroom, { plenty of Hot water} From my window I had a wonderful view across the magnificent Shropshire countryside , very idilic. couldnt of been better.

I was shocked to see an old tired white dressing gown left for my use. I suggest you do not do that because it made me check the rest of the room. It was not what I am used to. The room was tired. I was very surprised as my previous room was beautiful.

The building and its location is beautiful. Parking is easy. I found staff were polite and helpful. I have stayed there before and it is a relaxing venue after a long journey.

The breakfast had small proportion for the vegetarian selection and as my wife is allergic to eggs, so the size diminished further. We had to request more toast due to the very small pieces first served, and were hardly toasted. However, as stated above we still highly recommend the hotel and will return.

We have stayed at the Fishmore Hall Hotel a number of times and returning means we recommend it. The rooms are lovely with free WiFi and the location great for Ludlow. Free on site parking. The staff were, as usual, very polite ad helpful.

Minibar in room not working, light on but not cold hence fresh milk was off . On arrival no staff present so we walked through the hotel to find someone perhaps a bell on reception would be helpful

The shower cubicle needed a shelf (in room 25). As it was shampoo, shower gel etc had to be put on the floor. And lots of bending down in the shower. Breakfast was good quality. But butter serving was minimal. We had to ask for more several times. And coffee was pretty dire ... full of powder.

Great location, easy to explore the surrounding area. Dogs are welcome and ours had a great time. Amazing staff, they were professional,friendly and considerate! The room was spotless and well equipped! Food was well prepared and made eating in a great choice. Breakfast was well worth having and the waiting staff were welcoming and attentive.

A lovely find. Nice room, comfortable bed. We ate in the bistro and the food exceeded our expectations - Ludlow does have a real 'foodie' reputation. Breakfast also great. The staff were great too , very friendly.

The heat was over bearing in our room - we turned off radiator and opened the windows and the room cooled down slightly - we noticed a fan heater but thought it a tad much to use it to blow cold air in February

Room very comfortable (fresh milk in fridge for tea) amazing shower, we had room ten, the bathroom had a window that opened- sadly this is lacking in many hotels these days Breakfast very good, lovely to be served ( again unlike main help yourself breakfasts in other hotels) and we had a great evening meal in the restaurant too. Service at the table was perfect- we had a young charming server.

Some parts of the bedroom/ hotel looked a little tired, but that is the only gripe, otherwise we were very happy and would stay again.

Staff were very professional and polite/ friendly. The dinner was of a very high quality and not an unreasonable price, the room was a good size with a huge bed, and breakfast was nice.
