The upstairs shower on/off control fell off, and, although i was able to find the inside washer and refit them both, it was hard to use. Also, the temperature control did not adjust the temperature. We were disappointed that these had been reported by previous guests but had not been fixed. The towel ring in the same bathroom fell off the wall and had clearly been loose/off before. It was a shame as otherwise the cottage was spot on.

Fern Villa was a brilliant find. Easy walking distance of town centre facilities, lovely outdoor space, very comfortable, well furnished and well equipped.

The house was lovely I went with my brother for his 60th and his dog . There was a park over the road very handy to walk dog . The walk into Conwy 10 minutes . we were out every day walking such a beautiful area .The house had everything we needed the television was a bit hit and miss with wfi . I would return because of the location and very quiet of a evening .

Could do with an electric fire in the living instead of putting heating on for the whole of the house and a small table to put drinks on in the living room

I only have one thing that I found inadequate and that was the WiFi. Very on/ off signal when sat near the router, mostly off, hence smart TV was extremely slow. As we are locals to the area and staying while our kitchen was being renovated the WiFi was required. If you're visiting Conwy, I can't see you needing TV or WiFi as you'll be busy exploring the beautiful area.

The house was exceptionally clean and cosy. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need. I slept better in the comfy beds than I have for a long time. Comfortable, warm and clean . Two bathrooms were a luxurious extra with a good supply of toilet rolls, soap etc. Our dog loved the back yard and was quite safe with no escape. Garden furniture was provided plus a cosy little summerhouse, tastefully decorated. Rotary dryer and pegs, always needed. Anne was a brilliant host, always on hand should you need her. Lovely lady. Also provided was a dog bed, towel, bowl. And a high chair, not for the dog obvs 😊 We will recommend Fern Villa to our friends and family when they visit.

Struggled with the wifi (used our mobile hotspot for tv). Stairs fairly steep for my 3 year old (narrow property so can’t be helped)

Great location, very close to local shop and chip shop, short walk to the town. Coffee, tea, sugar and washing up liquid already at the property. Lovely courtyard garden. Would stay again.

Stairs up to bedrooms were very steep The location was a considerable walk from the centre of Conwy

The accommodation was quite spacious with a lounge, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms The double bed was very comfortable The bathrooms were of good size and had modern amenities

Perhaps better instructions for walkers from the train station. we took a very scenic route and even the locals had trouble helping.

The Upstairs shower valve worked poorly, I felt it might break to get it to not scald you. The owner response was good thing there is another shower downstairs. We were told to separate garbage but given no bags to do it with. Need suitcase stands.

nothing that we didn’t like but just for a bit of advise a tinny table in the living room would have been nice to be able to leave the drinks/ food. fairy was left to clean the stuff but we missed a sponge

very clean, value for money, comfy beds, has 2 bathrooms, location was good the only thing we missed was that there is no food delivery and there isn’t much around other than the fish and chip shop.
