Due to our room being on the ground floor, right next to the entrance , it was noisy at night - people kept on going in and out of the door.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The location was very close to the station which is very useful. The shared kitchen was clean and had access to filtered water.

Although there was a communal kitchen area - which was very clean and well-kept - I would have really loved a kettle in the room. Again, I am pleased that there was information about checking-in, however, there was an almost excessive amount of long emails of instructions, then requiring an app download before receiving the key code. After booking, I was required to pay a deposit in case of damages, which for me was pretty expensive as an extra 'cost' after booking, though I am sure it was hidden in the small print somewhere.

Great location very close to the station with a nice big room too. Informative and regular communication from the company regarding check-in. I was grateful that during my stay the communal kitchen was open 24 hours as I arrived late after work.

The sofa is semi-broken; table is small; bathroom ridiculously small and slippery. The staircase was too steep and narrow. Otherwise everything is ok.

Location. Bed is comfortable. Good room space. The self checkin/checkout is quite convenient.

I would have had difficulty getting to the toilet if I were of bigger build; & (to be frank) it is so tight a space that it is very difficult indeed to stand whilst using toilet paper! The overhead shower faucet was fixed so that it pointed to one side, and there was no way to raise the hand-held faucet above chest height - showering took much longer than it ought to have.

The pin pad doors were abit confusing and we had trouble getting into the building and our room. We were pretty tired upon arrival. The floor was very creaky, the bedside lamps didnt work and the shower was difficult to use. You could not use the shower for more than 3 minutes as the sink didnt drain fast enough and you had to let it drain before turning it on again. You could only use the handheld as the top faucet of the shower would sprinkle out of the shower making it a slippery dangerous mess when you got out. If you wanted to make a cup of tea you have to go out of the room, down the steep flight of stairs and make it in a communal area. That is fine, but if you were making two cups of tea and some instant noodles - it was abit tricky and a strenous process!

Good Location and a very spacious room with a comfy bed. A good place to put your belongings and sleep.

The main issue is the smoking area outside the back door - the smoke goes all the way to the top floor and the corridor and room both smelt strongly of smoke. Move the smoking area a little away from the open door!

There was no: Bar Fridge in the room Breakfast table in the room Drawers or cabinets to store clothes Also, cutleries, spoons, forks, butter knife, plates, bowls, glassware etc. not available. We did not request for these prior to arriving. Maybe if we requested these COULD be provided. Not sure if these would be free of charge.

Pin Code entry so no need for keys. Room was very clean. Bed was very comfy. Toilets was very clean. Aircon machine was provided. Clean Bath Towels. 10 min. walk to Sainsbury Express, Subway, Coffee shops. 20 min. walk to High Street for restaurants etc.

Unfortunately, there's no elevator in the hotel, so we had to carry our bags up a number of flights of very steep and narrow stairs to get to our room on the top floor (of three floors). Our room seemed clean enough, but the floor was very sticky! We could tell that it had been cleaned. However, most likely the concentration or ratio of detergent to water was much too high, and it left a sticky sort of film all over the floors. The bathroom was very small, but functional. The TV worked well, but it was in a strange position not facing the bed, and it was fixed to the wall so we couldn't turn it towards the bed.

The location is very good. It's in a quiet neighborhood close to the train station and just a short walk to the bus stop. We had a good night's sleep, and coffee was available in the kitchen downstairs any time.

The aircon was very loud and I couldn't use it overnight. The kitchen was closed in the morning, so I couldn't make coffee for myself.

The room was clean, and equipped with almost everything you would expect. The hotel is located close to the city centre and main rail station.

The keyless entry was an issue. I did not receive the email with the access code. I rang the property three times and no one answered. We then went and rang the doorbell. We waited outside for 15 minutes running and no one came. In the end another guest let us in and eventually we found a member of staff who was very rude but gave us the code. Very poor customer service. Also the bathroom was tiny. Sitting on the toilet was very difficult due to closeness to the sink and the water pressure was quite bad.

Location was great. The room was clean and the bed was comfy.
