I expected to find some tea or coffee . While the appartment was very clean, the common areas...as you enter the block of apartments and near the lifts wasn't as clean.

It was easy. We arrived one hour before check in time and the appartment was ready so we could get in.

Sofa bed was not really suitable for 2 People as advised. Room was advertised as up to 4 people. Back of sofa folded down but there was a Dip in the middle. Acceptable for 1 person

Location for Manchester marathon was ideal. And good price

The property Paragon House sometimes looks very unclean , ie the lobby area (lift) and front of the building is quite dirty (full of garages thrown). The maintenance of the building doesn't seem very good. But this apartment is very clean and tidy and very good for a short stay.

Great Location for our trip to see Man Utd play at Old Trafford. Reserved Parking on-line which was swift and really easy right outside the Appartment block. 20min walk from the ground as well as shopping facilities, Check in process was flawless and great communication from the hosts throughout. Access code for the building and short instruction video given 24 hours before our arrival with a lock box key code given just before 3pm. Host Provided Wifi and contact details just before check in and were on hand if there was any problems. Appartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable and would certainly book again for our next trip. Highly recomended

The lack of a bidet, important for us Italians!

I liked the location, close to the Metrolink stop. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. Very quiet area.

Carpet was covered in blonde hairs, resulting our clothes covered in it. Arrived around 9.30pm and had to hoover the place due to this. Sofa bed is bent and does not open so could not be used, had to sleep on the floor!!! For 2 adults and children, you would think both beds would be ready upon arrival but no just the double bed was ready. Bed linen couldnt be found as it was hidden in a packaging full of towels in the wardrobe drawers. Chairs were dirty and broken. No toilet paper and pots are rusty and not usable. I should demand a partial refund for sleeping on the floor using the sofa bed mattress.

Location near the city centre is great and free parking on the road. Iceland and Superdrug are just across the road and a few take aways minutes away walking distance.

Water seeping through floorboards every single time you stepped on it. This was in the hallway and part of the living room. It never stopped for all 3 days. Sofa bed is in poor condition and furnishings are barest minimum.

The apartment was perfect for us & just what we needed. It was clean and had everything we required The location was ideal as it was just a walk away from where we wanted to be. The staff were very efficient and helpful. There is a member of staff on reception through the night who was friendly & helpful. You can park on site for the day & overnight it cost £11 which is a good price & very handy.

The communication of the host was poor. Question about blinds in the living room went unanswered, since one guest was supposed to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. Also, apartment missed a few basic necessities like batteries in the remote control for the TV, extra toilet paper rolls, sugar, salt and pepper in the kitchen etc..

Instructions to enter property and picking up keys to enter the apartment were crystal clear. Apartment was very clean and organized upon entry. All amenities and facilities match the description. Location is extremely convenient and has a great view of Old Trafford from the living room window.

Sofa cum Bed needed is comfortable for kids, adults will find it hard to manage on that.

Location is awesome, with superstores and eateries just round the corner to pick up stuff and manage breakfast/lunch/dinner. Tram is also within walking distance providing easy access to transportation across city.

The floors were a little dirty and there was not enough cutlery for more than two people in an apartment that was said to cater for four.

The location was perfect and the staff were really helpful. The bathroom was huge!
