Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

Room was clean and I had enough space for me. Wardrobes either side of the double bed were great, and small bedside units each side also. Full English was amazing, and brought up to the room. Watched TV whilst eating my breakfast each morning. Really filled me up, ready for a busy day, travelling around sightseeing. Loved it!!

Breakfast was served in your room which I liked..I has a very nice bacon sandwich. I left something in the room and the landlady phoned me and i managed to get it back.

Ideal location from Newquay town centre and only a short distance walk from bus station. Breakfast was really nice and the hosts were absolutely lovely! I would highly recommend.

Location is spot on as can walk to the town centre, to 2 beautiful beaches, the bus station, the cinema. Joanne is a lovely, warm, welcoming and jovial hostess. Room was cleaned everyday n Joanne made sure we had plenty of tea n milk. Thank you!
