Only thing we didn't like is that we had really noisy neighbours which where playing music,singing and talking really loudly at the window ALLLL night up until about 7ish in the morning, but that's nothing to do with the hotel it self just rude selfish people

The only thing I could fault was the slow service at dinner however with only 2 chefs working on a busy night and a private event on also, it was understandable other than that it was perfect.

Such a beautiful little hotel, perfect for a quiet getaway. The staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful. We took our dog with us and he absolutely loved it. A little field attached to the hotel for him to run around. The room was spacious and very clean, had everything you needed.

The playlists in the bar/restaurant and at breakfast were really good. Our evening meal was lovely & the atmosphere in the restaurant was great. The staff were very friendly, as were the guests.

Nothing really.

The room I was given had like the ones under the roof. It hurt my back as I need to walk half bent. I asked the staff for help and I was sorted immediately. The hotel is so quiet, it was the perfect place to recharge my batteries. At the same time the beach is 3 min drive. Perfect for my dog.

Although the food was good, we were a little disappointed that there were no king prawns available for our evening meal, as both of our chosen dishes had them in it. The alternative choices were fine. Slight confusion getting there, as Google maps takes you to the lane that is no longer a through road. Found it eventually.

Good sized room and bathroom. Friendly & helpful staff. Food was good for our evening meal and also the buffet food that my partner had for the business meeting the next day.

Size of tv was our only gripe but as I say you don’t go away to watch tv.

Breakfast was v good, the evening meal we had was excellent. We have stayed before so no surprises with the room which were of high standard, only negative was the postage size tv, but you don’t go away to watch tv so we will forgive them for that. Our only complaint was not with the staff but rowdy and foul mouthed neighbours. When we mentioned this to the receptionist we did not approve of the loud foul language, we were moved without hesitation, without even asking to be moved. All credit to the staff for that. We also had 3 dogs with us but they were welcomed by all staff who made a great fussy over hem. Only reason they didn’t get full marks is I never give the top marks to anyone or anything. We will be back. Highly recommended.

Waiting too long to be served at bar. Not staffs fault but need extra staff. Banged my head multiple times on low ceiling in bedroom. No ones fault. Just did.

Bed could feel springs in mattress. And walls thin couod hear next door walking about and doors banging loud.

From the moment I walked in I was welcomed by lovely reception staff. I booked into the restaurant the staff there were great and the food so so good. Really happy with my spontaneous last minute stay!

Staff serving breakfast were quite rude, all other staff brilliant.

Location, room size, & food. Hot water went off and the staff were very helpful and had it resorted efficiently.

We went for dinner to find 2 items had been swapped out on the menu for alternatives, and there were no pizzas. The pizza menu makes up 80% of the menue, so we had to book a taxi at short notice and race to find an alternative. We also had change rooms due to a very uncomfortable bed.

The staff in reception are great. The location was fantastic. The setting of the hotel was lovely and the rooms are a good size.

The bed wasn't that comfortable and I wish the size of the TV was larger as we were in a larger family room and the TV was a big distance from where we could sit.

The staff were amazing. They were personable and couldn't do enough for you. They loved to have a chat and find out about who was staying with them. They were lovely with my daughter (10 month old). The hotel, especially downstairs, was gorgeous. Lovely, stylish, comfortable layout. Outside was amazing to sit and have a drink after a busy family day and there is plenty of space for children to play if needed.

Only reason I didn't leave a 10 star review is due to reception desk being unmanned which meant waiting/looking for staff to help. The staff were fantastic and clearly very busy and stretched with things that needed to be done. Cannot fault the staff, they were working hard and super friendly but seems there's just not enough of them (no fault of theirs)

Breakfast was great, I'm vegetarian and the options were great for me.
