Too much furniture in an already small room. Hence just a double bed which was of poor quality as were the non supportive pillows. Hardly slept so now tired for our journey. Replace the bed and pillows, get rid of the dressing table, replace with a king size bed. Then I’d rate much better. Wouldn’t stay again just because bed and pillowed were so bad.

Poor sound insulation. Needs secondary glazing to shut out the road noise behind it which is incredibly busy. Didn't sleep much. Hard to find. The hotel sign wasnt clearly positioned.

There was nothing I didn't like, however, maybe a couple of extra toiletries would be helpful. Especially as most guests are using the accommodation for the airport and are likely to have everything packed and locked in suitcases. However, after opening a couple of cases we soon found what we needed, so no major crisis - (Just a small suggestion). Also the front door to the property was a little tricky to get latched (close from the inside) in order to stop unauthorised entry into the building and I think was open when we arrived?

Excellent location for the airport and parking on site. Made life very easy with 3 small children. We were lucky enough to be on the ground floor as we had 4 suitcases, one of which was quite heavy. Our family of 5 was split over two rooms but these were conveniently opposite each other which I was grateful for. Easy access to our rooms via key box outside. Unfortunately, housekeeping hadn't made up the extra bed on our arrival but a quick phone call to the owner and he was on site in minutes and very kindly made up the bed for us and very apologetic. Tea/Coffee and biscuits in the room which were welcomed especially the biscuits for the children. Owner was waiting for us on our return with car keys in hand for a quick exit and on our way. Overall, very pleased with our rooms, and excellent service provided. Email communications were also very helpful. We will definitely use again and in fact are booked in again for later in the year.

We were fine in a room on the top floor, but I wonder if the fact that rooms are on 3 floors and may be upstairs with no lift and no one to assist should be made clearer

Window could be better insulated against traffic noise.

Room No 8 is spacious. Comfy bed and good shower although a bit difficult to turn on. We are able to park our car and just walk across the road to the airport in the morning. Stayed here numerous times and always been very clean.
