Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Our room had modern, quality wooden furniture and plenty of clothes hangers in the wardrobe. The ensuite facilities were beautifully presented and the shower reliably hot....a must have after a long journey or day out sight seeing or just lazily enjoying what Torquay has to offer.

Absolutely everything there. The guest house is very nice, cozy and clean. Julie, the owner, is a wonderful host, cheerful and helpful. She made you feel at home. I have no hesitation to recommend this place to other travelers.

We arrived earl for our weekend break and was welcomed to sit in the lounge, was made a cup of, and chatted for a while, told about the local area before being shown to our room. Such a lovely touch, A really lovely couple. Can understand why they have got such a good rating. Breakfast was first class, the room was very comfortable, with added little touches of the towels in the shapes of hearts and a swan . We would definitely recommend Exton House
