Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe air con/ heater didn't work. The lifts seemed to take ages even without people stopping them The breakfast was rather chaotic
The size of the room and the location to the 02 arena. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had supplies such as shampoo and body wash, and had enough towels . The room also had a hairdryer and iron.

United KingdomStaff didn’t notify us of the breakfast timings nor the fact we had breakfast included which meant me missed it. Felt very rushed at reception as the queue was huge despite arriving at 4.30pm.
Very good location for the o2. Parking onsite for £25 which was reasonable then a short walk which was easy to navigate to the o2.

United KingdomUnfortunately I didn’t like the fact that the cleaning staff knocked the door and literally opened the door after 5 sec. It didn’t even give me time to get out of the toilet. And for me that is a really no, no. I could give all starts to this hotel but that made uncomfortable. Just to ask me if everything was ok . After 3 minutes I was back in the toilet and they nocked again , to ask me if I need my room to be clean. Again I politely said I didn’t need anything . But then I lost my interest to go back in the toilet . Unfortunately didn’t like that . Of course I will definitely recommend because apart of that everything else is excellent. The suggestion I make is , the staff should wait a bit longer before opening the door . Thank you all the best
Already know London and I pretty much like everything , there is no specific place that I like more , it’s all the same to me

IrelandThe sofa bed is just too small and uncomfortable for two kids. I really hope hotels start offering proper beds in family rooms at some stage! Oh and PLEASE stop replacing towels off the rails - we're totally happy to use them more than once! There's a sign saying they wont replace them unless you throw them on the floor but in the end they're still being replaced which is totally unnecessary.
Very clean and staff were absolutely outstanding! Everyone was so friendly and looked after us so well, they absolutely deserve an award! The pillows were very comfy and the main bed just perfect. We also loved the location as its only about 15mins walk to North Greenwich underground and the Jubilee Line. In general, Greenwich is a fantastic place to stay and this hotel is a very good base.

United KingdomBreakfast wasn’t the best as food was cold and cutlery wasn’t replenished, but was eatable and fine for a one night stay.
Staff were very polite and made an effort to make the visitors feel welcome. Location was very good - close to studio 338 and the o2 arena. Beer on tap was good for a hotel.

United KingdomThe only negative I can mention, which is really nit picking but we were unable to get lunch from the bar area and was told no food until 530pm. Plus breakfast was a bit limited, no fried eggs or hash browns.
Hotel was lovely and clean.. The lady on reception was exceptionally attentive, friendly and helpful. We were very happy to find we had interconnecting rooms which was perfect for us. The rooms had everything we needed, lovely comfy bed and pillows. Perfect location for attending the O2, 15 minute easy walk. Thank you.
