I booked for 2 adults 2 kids, Sofa bed folded out and never left enough room to get to bathroom. Had to wake kid everytime I needed the toilet as I'm disabled and couldn't climb over. Alot of unruly kids running up and down halls shouting and knocking on doors until midnight.

Could not really think of anything to dislike, to be Honest. enjoyed our stay which was for visiting family and would certainly recommend for anyone who needed somewhere to stop over night or a few days visiting the area.

Staff were very helpful , at breakfast time the hotel was very full , and apparently they were experiencing staff member shortage, not turned up for work. however the existing staff coped very well under what i would class as a very busy period for them . As the tables were all busy and a lot of guests in for breakfast. well done to staff.

Very utilitarian common areas, not a cosy comfortable space to sit in hence but the Toby carvery was right next door and had a great meal there

Great location straight off the motorway but rooms very quiet. Staff could not have been nicer. Room was freezing cold when we came back from dinner as heater turns off if room key not in slot so we ended up in bed with jumpers on but it did get warmer eventually.

bedrooms are very small even if it was just 2 adults bathroom should be covered more over the shower walls so you cannot see each other when on the toilet 😂

Sadly, only a standard double bed meant sofa bed used, so very restricted space to manoeuvre, ensuite loo was also very tight for space.

Location & value with self serve buffet breakfast included, plus K9 friendly are major positives. "Alex" especially was very helpful!

Mattress wasn’t good had no sleep first night and little sleep second night but the manager flipped the mattress sadly never has this issue before - had bad back pain and was rolling towards the middle of the mattress

Unfortunately a maid did go messing in some of our stuff when they cleaned the room. Luckily nothing was missing (that we have noticed) but things had been moved and clothes were on floor that had been left folded neatly

Dining area could have been cleaner. Guests shouldn't leave a mess but if they do,the floor should be swept. Decor in corridors seemed a little tired.

Comfortable bed with choice of pillows. Good shower. Room temperature was easily controlled. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Good choice for breakfast and reasonable quality of food.

Storage could be added for rooms that sleep 3. There's a space between the mirror and wardrobe bit.
