I do admit - the bathroom sink was on the small side and i know i had water on the floor, sorry! Also - the street is quiet of traffic/people, but for the time of year (spring), the amount of bird noise throughout the night across the street was very impressive. I would have slept with ear plugs, but i was worried about missing my early morning alarm to catch the ferry.

This is an accommodation where there is a common room with the TV and kitchen facilities to share with another, third party guest. I was the only guest at the time of my stay. I really liked the location, its about a 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants. The location is on a side street with not a lot of traffic/noise, no issue with finding parking on the street. The common space is really nice, very modern and comfortable. The bed room was spacious, clean. Entry to/exit out of the property is a straight forward process. I stayed here to catch the ferry to orkney the next morning, it was quick access out of town and on the road for the ferry, no issues at all with timing to catch the ferry from here. Really nice accommodation.

We would like TV in room so don’t have to go downstairs for it. Rooms are on 1st and 2nd floor for having to carry bags up.

Parking was easy on the street. Shared kitchen was very well equipped and roomy. Good sized fridge. There was a toilet downstairs which was good. Entry with key code box.

Couldn’t get the TV to work in the communal area and no TV in the room which was surprising.

Such a lovely place to stay. Big, well equipped shared kitchen and a huge bedroom, with a stand alone bath.

No tv and no tea, coffee, kettle or a cup to get a drink even from the tap so I had to go out to a local shop for a bottle of juice . Lobby and stairs would not be suitable for people with mobility issues as the stairs are narrow and steep (didn’t effect me though so that’s just my opinion) . When I came back to room at 9:30 at night after being out for food I noted the room was really cold and the radiator was switched off (I switched it back on but don’t know if it actually worked due to having no controls for heating in the room) I just snuggled down and pulled the covers up to my nose.

From outside it looks run down however as soon as you open the door it’s it lovely, modern and clean. The rooms are obviously very recently done as everything is modern and looks new. Bed is comfortable and the bedding was immaculate. I also love the mirror in the bathroom with the light and the shower is large and has a very good flow also lived the large fluffy towels too

The property was so cosy and warm, the bedroom was huge and the kitchen was so well equipped. Very happy with my stay here. It was super last minute as our camping plan was rained and winded out so we were very stressed and found this place online and were very happy with the result. Took all our stress away.

Washhand basin was on small side. We loved the touch light on mirror but unfortunately my husband was unable to see the mirror when using the shaving point. Very well equipped kitchen, but it could with a cloth for wiping surfaces and scouring pad or similar for those who prefer to wash dishes by hand. We had very few dishes to wash- it didn't justify putting on the dishwasher- but were unable to find something to clean them with.

Excellent location for railway station and centre of town. Quiet. Comfortable bed and very clean accommodation, newly decorated in modern style. We much appreciated that we were able to check in early- by prior arrangement.
