We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ItalyWhen I booked I asked for a high floor but we got the 1st floor. That's because the booking people don't communicate with the property manager.
Superb location on Oban waterfront, every evening we watched the sundown from the lounge that left us speechless. Apartment very good, extremely clean and comfortable. Friendly management. Maybe it would be a good idea to leave some bare essentials in the kitchen, i.e. salt and sugar. Very conveniente parking outside.

I loved the location, on the seafront with views from the living room and kitchen. Although I wasn’t there for work, I did work while I was there and the Wi-Fi was great. The apartment was a decent size, with comfortable bed, and settee. There was free parking at the location. And a private entrance door.

The welcome on arrival. The assistance with our baggage to our apartment. The free car parking. The 'million dollar' view from our apartment windows. Perfect location to restaurants and shops plus ferry tours. Ian - the manager is a 'gem' and truly amazing in his position and appears to love his job!! A great asset to the owners.

Self catering so we did our own thing for breakfast. Close to local cafes and shops so easy to eat out if you want to. Hosts seemed to be around all the time and were quick to pass on their mobile numbers to call if there were ever any problems. Apartments recently been done out so everything was new and spotlessly clean. View over the harbour and nearby islands was fabulous and a big bonus to watch the ships go in and out with a cup of tea. Private car park which is a big plus in peak season in Oban.
