We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Beautiful quiet location. Lovely facilities. Clean. Fridge, coffee machine and tea and coffee provided. Heater provided. Some toiletries provided. Immediate response, on the phone number provided, when the wrong code was sent to access keys, very polite and helpful.

United KingdomWe could not work out how to watch live TV. No instructions and beyond our skills. We did manage to watch something on BBC iplayer but it seemed the signal was constantly being lost so a one hour programme took 2 hrs to watch. Gave up after trying for another hour to watch something else live. Maybe we didn't understand the technology but without instructions we didn't know if it was the system or us. Other issue for me was the large glass window in the door. It was frosted so privacy not an issue, but security lights came on several times and due to glass door the light woke me up and since they stayed on for what felt like a long time, I didn't get much sleep. Despite attempting to turn the towel rail to minimum it was belting out heat all night which was wasteful and made the room over-hot until we realise the issue and shut the bathroom door.
Location perfect for what I needed to do ie visit my Mum in Havant and also get to Whitehill. Beautifully presented. Not sure how practical a bath in the living area is, but it was a lovely thing. Milk, good coffee, tea, biscuits, toiletries all provided. Much more than expected and really great. Shower cubicle actually sealed properly which is something of a miracle.

The double end bath is a nice touch and was great that you can watch tv whilst in the bath 🛀🏽. Being left alone (but if we needed to we could’ve contacted the hosts 😉)was also a bonus as we just needed time away and enjoyed the peace & quiet. Thoroughly would recommend this little gem ✅🤩.

United KingdomDescribed as a triple studio with double and single bed. Expected a double and a single or at least a pull-out sofa bed. No single bed. No pull out single sofa. Had to bunk up with my 83- year old friend. Contemplated sleeping in the bath, which is located in the single room but no bedding supplied. No welcome chocolates or cookies and no Nespresso pods supplied for coffee machine.
