Some of the decor was a little tired. Tiles cracked in some areas. Need some signage on what switch relates to what electrical item as there were quite a few!

Location of apartment was ideal for heading to the beach/seafront or into the town centre. The apartment was large, comfortable, light and airy. All facilities and electrical items in kitchen were high end. Great having private and safe parking for our little car. Had some issues with getting in initially, however a quick call to the team and we were in. The young lady we spoke to was very helpful.

The kitchen was lovely and big, surprised that it did not have a washing machine. Could do with clear information on the welcome pack on how to use all the kitchen appliances. Found the bed a little hard for my liking. However I do realise that this is very subjective as some people prefer a firmer mattress. There are a few wide steps up to the apartment, and a high step into the apartment which you need to consider if you have someone who is not very mobile with you. My Mum did find it difficult to walk up them and there is quite a few. As the flat is so large we found it quite chilly in the evening. There were no throws to be able to snuggle up in. We couldn't work out why the heating was not working on the thermostat, so ended up pulling the quilts off the beds to keep warm. We did contact the host who explained the heating was turned off to be more eco friendly this time of year, however as the heating is controlled by the host remotely she turned it on for the rest of our stay which was perfect. It may be a good idea to have this written in the welcome information, especially if guests have elderly or young with them staying.

Location was perfect, near the sea front and food shops. Great apartment, lovely size, spotlessly clean and secure private parking. As we took my elderly Mum, it was perfect inside as all the doorways were wide enough to fit a wheel chair through. The master bedroom had a hand rail in the shower which helped for my Mum. The host was very accommodating, and answered any questions before hand and on arrival that I had. Complimentary coffee, tea and biscuit basket left for arrival, as well as a bottle of fizz, hand soap and washing up liquid in the kitchen. This was a lovely gesture.

There was an electrical problem in the apartment during our second week but it was speedily repaired with great concern. Extra heating was supplied and we were very comfortable. Thank you.

The only confusing thing was the on/off buttons/switches in the kitchen. Would be nice to label them so you would know to what light/appliance it turns on. But this did not affect our stay. Just a friendly suggestion.

This is one of the nicest apartments we have stayed at. Plenty of room and the location is excellent. Everything was done to make our stay enjoyable. Would rent it again!

We had an issue with the en-suite shower, however, I messaged the host who called me immediately & arranged for a temporary solution on the same day which was perfectly acceptable.

Location, 1 minute from the seafront. Direct access from the street. Gated car park. Stylish kitchen, lounge & dining area & sunny terrace. Welcome pack. I would recommend.

Personally felt that the accommodation needs a little TLC to be classified as "Luxury", I have absolutely no doubt that it was once luxurious but with broken ceramic tiles in the hallway and kitchen I'm surprised that these have not been replaced as aesthetically this would make a massive difference. TV in the bath not working, faulty lights in the living room & missing lever on the shower controls.....

The location for Eastbourne Airboure was perfect, the apartment is very spacious and the allocated parking space was a HUGE bonus. Excellent communication from the host 😀

Just one silly thing the nob on the hold shower control is missing Would have loved to have tried the bath but afraid if we got in we would never have got out Just been informed could have been nice to have some shower gel there

Only minor complaint is that if you took a bath in the lovely bath tub there isn’t much hot water left for anyone to shower after etc, and the tv on the tub wasn’t working either, so didn’t get to utilise this to relax.

A beautiful apartment in a fantastic location - literally a minute walk to the beach and markets! We were greeted with some goodies in the form of biscuits, tea/coffee making facilities and a bottle of Prosecco which was wonderful! The apartment has everything you would need and the beds are really comfortable. There was also a helpful list of places to eat and things to do or see in the area which was great so thank you!

The first night when the heating system didn’t work and it was absolutely freezing cold! Otherwise I would say this place was excellent and we would certainly go back again simply because its location couldn’t be better for the theatre the beach the promenade the restaurants what more could you ask for?

I would have marked much higher on all of the other boxes but when we arrived it was freezing cold and there was a problem with the boiler starting up so it took about 2 to 3 hours to sort out but the owner did pay for our evening meal round at Qualisea and a bottle of wine which made up for it and from then onwards we were very warm in the apartment it was very well placed to get to everything so we didn’t need to take the car out and the accommodation apart from the first night when it was cold was first class excellent.
