Would have been good to have had a toaster in the kitchen. With no host on site, and as a solo traveler, did feel a bit "alone" till the second night when I could hear other people had checked in also. More my issue than the accommodation... But worth keeping in mind for solo female travelers.

There wasn't enough towels for 3 of us only left enough for 2 people luckily 1 of the party brought her own to use or we would have had to share which is not ideal or hygienic.

On arrival all instructions for a hostless check in was smooth and problem free. The room was of a high standard of cleanliness and everything to hand for what we needed. A hot and powerful shower.

I stayed at the gorgeous Emerald suites at the weekend and oh, what a perfect little discovery!! It was so comfy, clean and beautifully styled. Boutique feel for a great price. Really good central location making it an ideal spot to explore from. Definitely coming back!! Thoroughly recommend 😊

Arriving there and no-one around is not reassuring when you have to use the code to get the key to open the main door and similarly to open the room allocated.For an older person it may be a little daunting. The fridge is rather noisy during the night. Can't rate the staff. By chance we met the cleaner who was nice and friendly. We talked to someone on the phone who was helpful. I think you need someone there to greet your guests on arrival.

It was not far from the Station and 10 to 15 minutes walk to the city centre.Nice Park opposite the Guest house .Took some photos, unfortunately can't upload them.

Gina was very helpful with all my check in questions and the room was really comfortable. Everything is clearly brand new and completely spotless. Very quiet and peaceful and lovely short stroll into the center of town. Definitely one of the best places I’ve stayed in. Thanks Adelphi, I will certainly be back

Parking.No parking spaces so had to use expensive town centre car park. Car had a valid ticket but still got fined so added to cost.Beware of car park system and charges. Added £40.00 to cost!

The sofa bed is uncomfortable and I wouldn't recommend it for anyone who has back issues. Was okay for just the night (the main bed was very comfortable)

On our second morning there wasnt enough hot water for the shower so it kept going cold and hot

I know that nothing can be done about but the bathroom is very, very cramped. Just turning the toilet 90 degrees to face out into the room would have been sensible (too late now!). I was disappointed in the kitchen area. Only a microwave and rather unpleasant utensils/crockery. I was expecting a little more to cook on. Even the addition of a toaster be wonderful and perhaps a small air-fryer (you can even boil eggs in an air-fryer). If I was resident for more than a couple of days, that would have become a big issue. I will be in Stratford for a week fairly soon and because of this will not be choosing this apartment.

The locations was excellent and the room was large and airy. Although it was on a main road, it was surprisingly quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. For a couple of nights, this was great.

A toaster for breakfast would have been welcome.

The location was excellent for our purposes - visiting the Royal Shakespeare Theatres and the town generally - all a short walk away. There was a folder containing clear information about the studio and the owner/manager phoned to make sure we had all the information we needed before arriving. A neat touch. Although there was no car parking on site - it's a scarce commodity in Stratford-on-Avon - a variety of car parks were available within a few minutes walk from the property and prices were reasonable.

Parking not ideal, difficult to load/unload, but the room was very nice and clean, comfortable and quiet (I had a room at the back). Nice kitchennette.

Noisy. Other residents very noisy. No facilities to work for example desk and chair too small so could not do anything. No facilities on patio (no chairs or table). Cooking facilities include microwave and kettle only.
