United KingdomBreakfast was a little cold and there were some issues with the coffee machine at breakfast but the team handled it well and were very professional.
I came here to celebrate my 30th birthday and was blown away by how beautiful the hotel was. The interiors were gorgeous, and our room was stunning. The beds very very comfortable and spacious. Customer service was great, Kevin checked us in and Jack was very personable and kind offering recommendations for our evening. Thank you and look forward to coming back again in the future

AustraliaService in the main dining room wasn’t smooth. The wait staff kept getting the tables muddled and didn’t seem to know we had a booking or where we were supposed to be eating. The housekeeping staff weren’t doing a great job. Dirt and dust behind the shower door, kept forgetting daily replacement of items. Forgot to service our room one day. I suspect it’s down to inadequate training, they all seemed quite young.
Beautiful grounds. Pool and gym. Great atmosphere in the historical building. Nice size room which was clean.

Excellent breakfast in a lovely setting. Only one restaurant open so restricted dining options. Staff were very helpful. Very comfortable room. Food was excellent- if rather expensive.

United Arab EmiratesWhere do I start: 1: Upon arrival after a long journey and since my room wasn't ready, I would expect from a luxury hotel to offer welcome drinks or tea since it was cold. 2; Ordered lunch, and in all honesty, my son can do a better cheese sandwish. 3: When I went to my room, it was freezing, I called 4 times for someone to attend to my request, and they brought in a portable radiator 4: Sink does not drain at all 5: I was told to leave the lounge area as I'm not booked for the afternoon tea.

The location is incredible, the reception staff was very welcoming. So many incredible details! The bedroom was spacious as described and the bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in.

United KingdomNothing really springs to mind. The only small gripe is last year we walked to the racecourse and this year we took the curtesy car service which was fine. The cost was forty pounds per person which I thought was a little steep but its only a small point.
Lovely building and our room was great and very spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
