Beautiful room. Amazing little touches that really made a difference. Lovely hosts. made us feel very welcome, as did the pets ! Great location to so many places. would absolutely go back again and will be recommending to family and friends.

In a great location with lovely hosts. I enjoyed the, pretty gardens, my room was comfy and had a lovely view with lots of cute little touches in the room. The breakfast choices were fab too!

Everything - it was a beautiful gem of a place. it was spotlessly clean and the attention to detail was spot on. The breakfast was lovely and there was a huge selection to chose from. Eating in our room was a lovely start to each day. We loved our stay and will definitely be going back again.

I stayed here to explore Windermere. The first thing that impressed me when I arrived was the lovely garden. The garden is so beautiful and lovely that it is no wonder Peter Rabbit was there. Not only in the garden, but also in the house there are many Peter Rabbit related decorations. I could really feel the world of the representative works of the Lake District. The room was amazing beautiful and just the right size for a one person stay. The bed was very comfortable. Cookies, coffee and tea were available and very comfortable. The design and decor of the room was very British, classic, and had a wonderful atmosphere. It was bright and clean, and the view of the garden from the window was wonderful and again inspiring. The bathroom is clean and comfortable. There are towels and even bathrobes, everything you need is provided. And above all, the breakfast is amazing and wonderful. There are so many choices and options to choose from that you can't be bothered, and they cater to everyone, GF, vegetarian, etc. It is delivered to your room on time as requested. The decorations on the trays are amazing and beautiful. I can say that it is many times nicer than some of the more famous hotels in Windermere. The wonderful breakfast with a view of the lovely garden was a real treat and a wonderful memory of my trip. The hosts are kind and nice people who make a wonderful garden and breakfast. They have a lovely dog and the rooms are dog friendly. It is about a 10 minute walk to the ferry terminal on Lake Windermere. The Peter Rabbit facility and town center are a short walk away. it is a wonderful location with a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. There are many other nice hotels in Windermere, but this lodge is definitely one of the best. I would recommend it to many people. I can't believe how great the stay is for the price! you are lucky to find this lodge, I hope you book it because it will definitely be a wonderful stay!!!!!

Very friendly hosts. Lovely breakfast brought to you in your room in the morning, on a tray. Nice place with alot of attention to detail, also in the garden.

The Puddle Duck is a lovely B&B, my room was very clean and comfortable with a very good breakfast. The hosts, David and Jenny, welcomed me and were perfect during my stay. I highly recommend this B&B.

there was nothing we didn't like

WOW were do i start The location is perfect just a short walk to the main area and the Lake David meet us and showed us the room which was great . a lot of attention to details which just made the stay great like scissor to cut the milk. The breakfast in the room was perfect and a great choice of food so something for everyone Very clean and tidy and warm Would defo stay again
