Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The facilities meets the expectation. The room has enough space for a group of us. Nice and Cozy. One point that we like is there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. For the location, it is only 1 station tram to Mancehster Piccadilly station.

Our recent stay at the apartment in Manchester was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by its prime location. Just a short walk away from Piccadilly Station, the apartment made commuting around the city effortless. The proximity to the Piccadilly area meant that dining, shopping, and entertainment options were always within easy reach. For football enthusiasts like us, the pleasant walk to Etihad Stadium for the game was an added bonus. The area felt very safe, adding to our peace of mind throughout our stay. The apartment itself was a dream. It was spotlessly clean upon our arrival, promising and delivering a comfortable living space. The beds were particularly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring the city. Every facility advertised was provided, meeting all our needs and expectations. The attention to detail in ensuring the comfort of guests was evident. In conclusion, our stay was nothing short of perfect. We found the apartment to be an excellent base for our Manchester adventure—convenient, comfortable, and complete with all the amenities one could ask for. We left very satisfied and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free stay in the city.

United KingdomOh, it is no exaggeration to say that this is really the best experience I have ever had in so many homestays in England. You have everything you need. You can do laundry, cook with friends and have fun. Hygiene is well done, and there is a fresh air freshener as soon as you enter the door. Sam, the female homeowner, is very kind. She is very enthusiastic to help us solve any problems. If you want to visit Manchester, I definitely recommend this.

The location is great: easy to get into the centre, situated an easy 5/10 minute walk from Piccadilly Station, and there is a straight road that takes you directly to the Northern Quarter. The host made check-in and check-out as easy as possible. Would recommend!
